I’m extremely disappointed with this company and the service I have received. I wholeheartedly wish I’d found these reviews before I was encouraged to buy this flooring from a local supplier.
In less than two years of having this flooring laid in the whole of my downstairs, It has faded so significantly, in sunlit areas, that my lovely brown/grey LVT is now green. After nearly 18 months of backwards and forwards between the supplier and the manufacturer,(partly due to covid) it has been determined that it is sunlight damage and neither are taking responsibility. It is out of warranty with the supplier and after speaking to several managers at the manufacturers..... they have made it very clear that the product passes all relevant sunlight UV testing etc and “I can take them to court if I want to” was the words that were said to me!!!

So if you live in a modern house with windows, bifold door, patio doors etc......please under no circumstances purchase this flooring.
It will not last the 20 years it is guaranteed for and you will be treated very badly by the manufacturer moduleo Who will use every excuse under the sun to make sure that your claim is not valid under their guarantee!!!!

To any one thinking of buying any moduleo lvt range & or quickstep or any lvt made by there sister companies.please save your money !!!!.the click range does not work , more to the point there are countless issues with the manfacturing & there warranty is a nightmare if not near on impossible unless you are prepered to fight all the way against rude arrogant. Staff / managers that find any excuse to void the warranty & end the communication when you ask tech based questions .i was phobed off for 3 months. Until i filed for a small claims court.its only then i got a full refund as i knew i was being feed nonsense from the tech manager...so do yourself a favour & by amtico over this expensive junk.amtico will cost you more to purchase.however ypu will fit it once & will do the job

Having previously had an lvt floor and been very pleased with it I decided to install it again in my new home.
I previously had poly floor but was recommended moduleo by the company I used. It was more expensive but I was told it was commercially graded and better quality.
After a few months of it being installed I noticed scuffs and scratches.
I contacted moduleo directly and was advised to go back to the company that supplied and installed the product.
After months of trying to resolve the problem and having the flooring inspected by the moduleo rep, I was told it was my pug (that has tiny paws) that was marking the floor and they refused to help any further.
The company that installed the flooring were very good and paid for the floor to be redressed at their cost. It helped at first then the marks soon reappeared.
After I tested the floor over time I realised it was my dyson v7 hoover head that was the cause.
I tried different hoover heads all of which mark the floor. I now can only use a soft broom. Ultimately this floor marks very easily and is not hard wearing at all.
I would say it’s not fit for purpose. Moduleo customer service was awful and I don’t know how they can say this product is scratch resistant/commercially graded. The guarantee is certainly worthless!

I recently chose one of their floorings, I chose this from their sample book together with the description and images from their website.
The fitter has made a superb job but I am absolutely devastated and disappointed with the colour. It looks nothing like their images or description and it is certainly not ‘Carte Blanche’ as quoted from their website.
I am so disappointed that this floor is completely different to the one I was expecting. My fitter and other independent professionals have agreed with my opinion.
In spite of many emails and calls backwards and forwards from both myself and my fitter to Moduleo they have been unhelpful in the extreme, refusing to inspect the floor and will not offer any kind of solution. I would NEVER recommend this company. Absolutely awful!!
