Binnen een maand ontstonden er al rare glimmende plekken op onze PVC vloer.
Uiteindelijk is een "onafhankelijke" expert vanuit moduleo hier geweest om de vloer te beoordelen.
Conclusie: met de vloer is niks mis want de visuele check die op de vloer gedaan wordt is door vanaf 1.7m recht naar beneden te kijken, en dan zie je de problemen niet.
Dit is hetzelfde wanneer je een schilder aanspreekt op het zien van banen en aanzetten op de muur en deze zegt dat je op 1 meter van de muur moet staan en dan beoordelen.
Ben benieuwd of de directie van Unilin / Moduleo hiermee akkoord zouden gaan bij hun eigen huis.
Naast deze problemen zal ik maar zwijgen over de krassen, schaafplekken en blijvende afdrukken (die volgens de site en product specificaties) natuurlijk niet of nauwelijks kunnen ontstaan.....
Voor ons nooit meer PVC van Moduleo en de andere merken die onder de Unilin Groep vallen.

Beau rendu, mais sol très très fragile pour une utilisation dans la pièce de vie. Accroc dès que vous faites tomber quelque chose. marques des pieds de chaises après seulement 6 mois d'utilisation. je ne recommande pas ce produit

How can we Moduleo and their retailer, Ramsden Mills to respond to our complaints?
Our experience of the product and service has been very poor. I wish we had read the other reviews before buying. Please don't make the same mistake.

We have 3 rooms where Moduleo has been put down. I should have known after the first room where we had problems with the joins in the hardboard showing through that there would be problems.
Although its easy to keep clean, light scratching is an issue along with the joins showing up.
We were told that as it was laid on a floating floor then the hardboard underlay would always show through (this was after complaining)
We have dogs and the scratches are impossible to get off- even though it says scratch resistant and even though the scratches are no more than scuff marks really- they are not through the surface

It would be very useful if Moduleo could provide information on getting rid of light scratches.

Absolute rubbish and waste of money

had this down for 3 years and

discoloured from the start
more discoloured as it ages
imperfections on the boards
cannot keep clean
dirt constantly getting in grooves
very easiliy scratched or dented
not at all suitable for a large area

Advice from the manufacturer to use a microfabre cloth to clean is laughable.

This was layed on a new build and I'm very disappointed looks cheap in everyway.

Deze vloer zou over een bestaande vloer (parket) gelegd kunnen worden. Vloer kraakt ontzettend als je eroverheen loopt. Vooral 's avonds.

Give this company a miss. I emailed the company via their website to ask a question about the flooring that I was considering buying but they never even bothered to respond. Needless to say I have now ordered another brand of flooring. Moduleo I would suggest that you take the time to respond to potential customers if you wish to stay in business!

pvc click laminaat aangeschaft, na 1 jaar kwam het laminaat omhoog ter hoogte van de click, voornamelijk bij warm weer, schijnbaar zet het dan teveel uit en pakt ie het zwakste punt, de click dus. plinten er voor de zekerheid af gehaald, maar de vloer heeft voldoende ruimte, nu al 4 jaar een hobbelige vloer in de zomer.

Eigenlijk verdient dit merk geen één ster! Vorig jaar onze vloer laten leggen. Vrij wel direct doffe strepen en krassen op de vloer. En door wat!! Spelende kinderen. Hoe bizar. Spijt van alle haren op mijn hoofd om zo een dure vloer te kopen. Zeker omdat wij voor pvc hebben gekozen dat het krasvast zou zijn!!!!!! SLECHTE KWALITEIT

Vegen en krasjes op de vloer,ondanks er overal viltjes onder de meubels staan. Glimmende plekken. Nu na twee jaar verkleuring aan de rand van de mat( zit geen latex onder de mat) . Nooit geen moduleo meer voor mij.

Well! What can I say!! We moved into our new build TW October 2019 and thought ok let’s have the flooring put down and all we need to do is move in. So all was good for the first 12 months and then started to see orange shadows forming across part of the floor along by the kitchen units. Got in touch with TW the builders and they gave me the email address to contact Moduleo, which we did with photographs. They said TW would need to contact themselves.
Guess What!! They said there was nothing they could do as the two year warranty on the property was over. I stated there is 10 year warranty on the flooring. They were not interested. I am now after 3 years having to pay for a complete new flooring to be replaced and I’m afraid it will definitely not be MODULEO.

In februari is onze moduleo layred blackjack oak clicklaminaat gelegd. Na het lezen van de reviews werd ik erg nerveus en twijfelde over mijn keuze. Maar nu denk ik: nou heb ik een zware deur laten vallen op de vloer. Na inspectie geen enkele kras of deuk te herkennen. Nu wonen we in het appartement en zou de vloer schoongemaakt moeten worden. Maar ik ben zeer tevreden met de vloer.

Over the moon with our floor . We’ve had it for 4 months now and can’t fault it at all. The colour was identical to the free sample we got. We had our old terrace floor damp proofed and screeded for make it level for the modulao and an expert fitter with over 30 years experience who has fitted karndean and amtico and said it was a dream to fit. The floor has grooves in so doesn’t look fake and we’ve had numerous parties in the house and lots of heels worn and moved heavy furniture around on the floor and bar stools daily and not had a single scratch. There’s no gaps or lifting at all and would highly recommend modulao along with a very experienced good lvt floor fitter

Been down now in the living room for 5 years and still look great. looking now to do more rooms. Had kardean in the Kitchen for years, no better and no worse

Wij hebben nu 1,5 jaar een Moduleo Layred vloer. We hadden al vrij snel krassen/ vegen. Volgens de winkelier kwam het door slechte viltjes onder de stoelen en ging het om lakschade. Er zaten goede viltjes onder de stoelen. Nu zitten op heel veel plekken flinke krassen en er viel net wat op de grond: een enorme deuk! Kan wel janken! Deze vloer was heel erg duur en ik vind het de prijs absoluut niet waard. Deze vloer belooft veel, maar tot nu toe stelt het alleen maar teleur… wij zijn een gezin met twee kinderen, doen geen gekke dingen. Hoe kan er dan al zoveel schade zijn? Ik hoop dat Moduleo contact opneemt. Morgen bellen we eerst de winkelier waar we het hebben aangeschaft. Ik hoop dat ze de moeite nemen om eens te komen kijken.

Wish I’d read these reviews first! We recently had Moduleo luxury floor tiles (lvt) fitted in our kitchen and living room. I have seen lvt in other homes and it looked great and appeared hard wearing. Ours was fitted and did look good but within days and weeks it has become a nightmare. We don’t have pets or young children and look after the floor yet it is already completely covered in scratches. It is also noisy and unstable and although fitted by a professional flooring company sounds like it is coming unstuck. It is truly awful and not fit for purpose in my opinion. We are now £3000 down and left with a floor which is quite frankly embarrassing. A rep from the company is supposed to be coming out to take a look but I’m not holding my breath, we are hoping that the flooring company that fitted it will realise what a poor product it is and help rectify our situation. Don’t buy this flooring!

Koop nooit, nooit maar dan nooit een moduleo vloer.
Na één week begonnen de krassen, vegen en deukjes.
Na 1 jaar ziet de vloer er bijna net zo slecht uit als onze oude (ook pvc) vloer van 25 jaar oud.
Volgens de "expert" komt dat door slecht onderhoud en viltjes op onze stoelen.
PVC vloer van kennissen ziet er nog als nieuw uit na 2 jaar. Dit is echt vreselijke bagger.

Vreselijke troep dat moduleo. Nooit aan beginnen. Waardeloze kwaliteit, hoewel het woord kwaliteit niet eens aan dit bedrijf gekoppeld mag worden.

Avoid this product! Our small dog walked on floor after installation and the floor scratched! Also big gaps appeared within a few days,

had a moduleo rep round and the response was “ The scratches appear to have been caused by the owner’s dog – this does not make the material unfit for purpose. A dog’s claws can rip through wood, scratch glass etc., so whilst the wear-layer is designed to be durable and easy to maintain, it is made up of resilient PVC and polyurethane (PU), which will have limitations of scratch-resistance”

I don’t expect a floor that costs as much per sqm as this does to damage within hours.

If your thinking of buying, don’t!!

Also just to highlight we have had our small dog for 4 years and never once scratched laminate or tiled floor
