Een witte Moduleo pvc vloer, waar ik al direct problemen mee had. Lijmresten vlekken conform advies proberen te verwijderen, dat lukt gewoon niet. Rare glimmende stukken op bepaalde plekken. Overal afdruk ken van meubels, ongeacht viltjes. En dat binnen 2 jaar. Voor mij niet meer

Onze vloer begon na een jaar een groenige waas te krijgen. Volgens monduleo zou dat door de zon komen. Echter konden zij de groene plekken die geen direct zonlicht zagen niet verklaren. Dus conclusie er werd niks gedaan.

Had ours fitted 2 years ago. It looks fabulous but sadly scratches so easily. When sunlight hits it I could cry, there’s scratches all over it. We do have a small dog but he’s groomed regularly hence nails clipped regularly also. It’s looking horrendous and really after some tips on how to try and lift these scratches out. It comes with a 10 year warranty but not sure if this is covered?

I moved into an apartment 6 years ago and completely renovated it and decided to have the Moduleo 'Comfort Clic' flooring installed professionally throughout. One of the reasons I bought the flooring was because it supposedly came with a 15 year warranty.

After 5 years of use I noticed that in my lounge which I use as my home office the flooring around my desk was beginning to bow and the joints had broken. I contacted the installer who in turn contacted Moduleo.

After several phone calls and emails the response came back that concluded with the following statements ...... " the problem is one indicative of local conditions. This is possibly exacerbated by the continued use of a castor chair on a concentrated area, which would be considered a higher wear condition than normal domestic usage. We feel this could be greatly enhanced by the use of a castor chair mat, which would now also help with the wheels of the chair catching on any joints."

The whole point of having a laminate floor is to avoid the need for carpets or mats and to a prospective customer their product looked ideal but from my experience it was not and the warranty appears to be worthless as I now have to replace the darn stuff.

The manufacturer should make it abundantly clear of the limitations in respect of furniture with castors so that potential buyers are informed BEFORE they buy.

Also goes milky white if left damp under a rug or mat...but does dry out fine and return to clear

Had my moduleo floor fitted 5 years ago herringbone small plank fully stuck sub floor DPM and screeded
expertly fitted.
After reading so many negative reports it looks like people will believe this product is indestructible its not you have to look after it.
It will scratch in direct sunlight it may fade in colour if its curling up its poorly fitted or they have used the wrong adhesive you can't blame the product.
There is northing wrong with the product my floor looks amazing.
I would never have a click LVT it needs expansion just like a laminate floor.
Also if you put a mat in a doorway it will lose its colour its called colour migration do your homework.

So happy with my Moduleo Floors. The quality is unbelievable and I get so many compliments on how real it looks. Floor is so easy to maintain so I couldn't be happier.

After 18 months the floor in our sunroom is a completely different colour to original, unfortunately I had a mat at the entrance which means the difference is dramatic, customer services were aggressive and blamed me for not reading technical data sheets, will not do anything about it and threatened to take action if I say anything defamatory about the company so I have just stuck to the facts

Have to say I am absolutely gutted with my flooring. It marks and scratches so easily I feel we have to tread so carefully on it and I am so scared to even walk on it. We have laminate in many rooms and wanted to change to LVT so started with our newly opened living room but I am so disappointed 3 weeks in the scratches and marks it is so unlike our laminate floors - these have been down 7 years and no special treatment and they are like new - I have pads all on the furniture and am scared to death to put anything on the floor in case it marks like a box or parcel. Really feel it has been a waste of money even though it is warm underfoot it is already so marked and we have no animals or small children.

Prijs-kwaliteit is ondermaats.
Moduleo expert kwam met viltjes om onder de stoel te kleven! Geen garantie.

I had Moduleo Select installed right through a two bedroom flat, bathroom, WC, kitchen, entrance hall, lounge /dining room

This was 4 years ago and so far no scratching, lifting, bubbling or discolouration

A lot depends on the preparation and installation

I cannot understand all of the poor reviews as that is not my experience

Very disappointed 😡after being told it’s one of the best selling products by K2flooring at Swanley . perfect finish I wanted for my down stairs , I have used private floor layers that came highly recommended and they sourced the product . Had it laid and straight away edge s lifted on sections of the floor , fitters spoke to rep of the company and was advised to use a different underlay, so floor was relaid and still same problem . Wish I’d read reviews so expensive I will contact the company but after reading your reviews not holding my breath ☹️🥲

If I could leave minus stars I would. Had the downstairs fitted with Moduleo LVT, literally within 6 weeks it looks crap. We bought it in part due to it being labelled as scratch-resistant, it is anything but. We have deep gouges in places already due to moving incredibly light objects across it and now resign ourselves to tip-toeing around and having a crap looking floor for the foreseeable future. Had laminate installed upstairs over a larger area at a quarter of the price that performs better. Already had a Moduleo rep around who said that "It conforms to EU scratch-resistance" requirements, whatever that means. Ultimately, nothing that can or will be done.

If you want herringbone, then either go to another brand or get real wood, and if you don't want herringbone then discount this company completely because there is absolutely no reason you should be considering them.

To say we are disappointed is an understatement! Please don’t buy this product, we have set out the whole of the downstairs fitted out in this. A week after being laid and with felt pads on the feet of chairs the floor has marked and the company responded by informing us we can’t move the chair with weight on them ! Not sure how I’m supposed to get up from the table ! Really poor product with shocking after sales service!

I AM FLOORING RETAILER AND I MUST POINT OUT THAT AFTER READING 5 NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY COULD WITHOUT EXCEPTION HAVE BEEN AVOIDED, YOU CAN SCRATCH ANY MATERIAL, SUNLIGHT WILL CHANGE THE COLOUR OF ANY MATERIAL, IF YOU LOOK AT A 2INCH X 6INCH SAMPLE FOR COLOUR IT WILL NOT REFLECT THE OVERALL COLOUR OF THE FLOOR AND CLICK SYSTEM SHOULD NEVER BE INSTALLED IN A HIGH TEMPERATURE AREA, THESE OBSERVATIONS WILL RELATE TO ANY MANUFACTURER OF LVT FLOORING, UPON READING SEVERAL REVIEWS I COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT BAD ADVICE OR BAD FITTING ARE THE BIGGEST CAUSES.

Sol en vinyl haut de gamme, très beau, facile à poser mais après seulement 2 mois, déjà 2 gros coups, autant dire cela reste malgré tout assez fragile (j'ai pourtant opté pour le modèle layred avec couche d'usure la plus importante 0,55mm à 50€/M²), et qu'il faudra être très prudent au quotidien... J'ai un peu peur pour la durée de vie... En plus, les délais annoncés sont multipliés par 2 (voir par 5 pour une boite supplémentaire qui me permet de finir ma salle de bain!) Inacceptable! Attention a vos calculs donc, il faut vraiment en prendre plus pour ne pas devoir attendre en cas de nouvelle commande... Dommage...

I recently had an issue with my Layred tiles in my small porch.
Moduleo refused to come and inspect it.
Instead, and you can't be anything other than astounded, awe inspired and bemused with their "remote" inspection technique.
Someone, with a gift way above my skill level,or comprehension, viewed my house via Google Earth and managed to locate the aforementioned defect through the roof and underneath an armchair and proclaimed it to be sun damage!
Scary stuff indeed. Hope they didn't find my stash of gold bullion underneath the floor! (That was a joke, just like the company themselves). Avoid,avoid!!

I had the Moduleo Layred flooring installed in my kitchen approx. 2 months ago by an approved installer/stockist. I also had a new sub floor, i was advised that this is a floating floor but ideal for kitchens due to the integrated underlay and click design. The cost was approx. £1400.00 so thought id be getting the best within my budget.
Since installation, any heat (i.e. sun through a kitchen window) and the floor buckles. Expansion gaps were left.
Sometimes it goes back down when cooled, but in patches has stayed raised and looks cheap. I can only imagine what it will look like in another year or so and we'll probably need to change it or replace the windows in the back of the house for UV ones...more expense.
I have contacted the installer and they are coming to have a look so hopefully can fix the situation, if indeed buckled flooring can be fixed without taking the whole are up.

I installed this flooring in my new build property 2 years ago. I was so excited as it was a beautiful floor with sparkles in it. Within 3 days of install the floor was scratched and I dropped a set of keys on the floor and it cause a tile to dent.

If you are thinking of buying this flooring please look at something else. Either spend the money to upgrade to a better product or go for old fashioned laminate. This scratches easily and is a nightmare to clean. It also lifts very easily causing the tiles to separate and form gaps.

Biggest regret was buying this as it wasn’t cheap!
