Outstanding estate agents
Wow thank you so much Tim and and Frances. I’ve had a great experience working with you guys. Such a stressful process and was made so much easier having you along side me. The what’s app group which involved myself, you guys, Gemma the quick and efficient solicitor who guys recommended and dean the mortgage man who you did too and was also outstanding was all a great touch. So nice to be able to pop a question on and all keep each other updated as we go. TEAM WORK!!!!!

Having ourselves, our mortgage advisor and solicitor on hand, all on the same correspondence group really does makes a world of difference and turns what can be a stressful situation into something much more pleasant. The process of moving home really shouldn't be that complicated and when the lines of communication are open, it really is a far better experience for all involved. We are so pleased that you are now in your new home and hope you are settling in nicely. if you ever want to do it all again, you know where we are!
Excellent service
Excellent service from Tim and Frances when I purchased my property. Nothing was too much trouble, keeping me informed, answering any queries I had, even during the evening and at weekends. Also recommending a fantastic solicitor Gemma Bath.
Would certainly use them again.

Great experience from start to finish!
Tim and the team have been exceptional from start to finish. Tim contacted me within an hour of my enquiry and arranged a viewing straight away. We viewed the house that same week and fell in love, however we were dubious as we hadn’t put our house on the market. Tim put us in contact with the sellers and arranged for them to view our property, as he knew it was exactly what they were looking for. Long story short, they loved our property and we have essentially swapped! The whole process has taken only 8 weeks and we will be moving into our dream home within the next week. If it hadn’t of been for Tim’s advice and support, we wouldn’t be where we are now. The team were available for all queries via a personalised WhatsApp group, and Tim put us in contact with a great solicitor. We couldn’t recommend Mockford and Hunt enough!

Outstanding
From Tim coming out & agreeing a sale price we sold in 4 days. What a team. We were all linked on a WhatsApp so we could contact each other easily. Also if you choose to have Gamma Bath as your solicitor Tim puts her on the group & wow Gemma was even contacting us on a Saturday & Sunday. Many thanks must go to Frances who worked tirelessly working up & down the chain arranging a completion date & keeping us updated.
If we hadn't sold so quick we would have never got our forever house in Hereford.

Frances has been simply brilliant
Frances has been simply brilliant. Made us feel at ease, consistently responsive and quick at her job. Also Tim, although our conversation was quite short Tim's empathy made us feel happy and safe. We were sure that we were in the right hands. Despite the mortgage process being extremely complicated, things happened at rapid pace as Frances knew how to get the Job done. It was a pleasure. And Im intending on have them as our agents for life.

We really felt for you when we learnt about your previous purchase falling through so close to exchange and yet you still vacated your own home to make sure you didn't lose your own buyer. Having secured a vacant property with us, we knew it would be pretty tough meeting the deadline of 31st March when we were only about a month away but we, including our fabulous solicitor Gemma pulled out all the stops to make it happen. All being on the same WhatsApp group has been a game changer to aid communication and we have found this to be a massive help in progressing things forward. We are so pleased to have got you through to completion in time. We hope you will be very happy in your new home and if you ever need us again in the future, you know where we are!
Takes the pressure off
The process of buying a house can be very daunting. I really didn’t know where to begin, so I booked a meeting with Tim Mockford to see what I needed to do. He immediately put me at ease and, even though I felt no pressure to go with them, I knew I would be in safe hands with Mockford and Hunt.
I was selling a shared ownership property, which comes with some added complications, however they were in constant communication with my housing association and they sold my apartment very quickly. Charlotte was a great sales lady!
I have been quite a fussy house buyer! So I took a while to find my perfect home. I never felt pressured to ‘hurry up’ and they were very supportive when a few of my offers were not accepted.
The thing that sets Mockford and Hunt apart from other estate agents is their communication. The WhatsApp group is a game changer as one of the team will always respond in a timely manner. Frances was great at dealing with my queries.
Due to their excellent communication and recommending an excellent solicitor, we were able to complete before the stamp duty increase.
I highly recommend them!

You have been great to work with and despite missing out on a few homes, we were so pleased that it worked out so well for you in the end with you securing the perfect property. We know that we had to pull out all the stops to get it all through in 8 weeks which given the property you were selling was a shared ownership property, can take a lot longer in most cases but with us chasing, you and the buyer being quick to deal with any enquiries and our solicitors being on the ball, it all came together. These guys are brilliant!!
Well it has been an experience. Tim and Frances have been exceptional. From the moment we met the approach felt different and after being on the market for 8 months with no hope of success, Tim changed the approach and we are just about to complete.
The level of of contact has been brilliant. Setting up a WhatsApp group and including the solicitor is genius. If required the mortgage broker is included as well.
At all times Tim and Frances were contactable and responsive. Queries were answered quickly, it felt like we had a friend guiding us through the process. I’m not sure anyone likes the process of moving so it’s about making it as sensible as possible. Mockford and Hunt have achieved this and made us feel valued as clients. They pushed the other side when needed and supported us even when the questions from the other side were constant. An excellent partnership and would trust no one else with selling a house. Brilliant service with excellent people.

A first time buyers dream.
Myself and my partner are first time buyers, we had little to no idea what to do going into our first purchase. I can honestly say I could not have asked better from both Frances and Tim. Tim was brilliant in the first stages of the purchase putting us at ease and giving up genuine advice, looking out for myself and my partner through every step. Frances has been a dream to deal with. Our purchase hasn’t been a smooth one but without Frances working her magic and keeping pressure on all the right people it just would not have happened. Highly recommended
I highly recommend Tim and Frances who will actively sell you property and go the extra mile unlike the corporate agents. They are always available via a WhatsApp group and answer any query pretty instantly. They even offer help with a purchase via another agent.
