My name is John Barclay and in Nov 2024 I purchased an
I Phone 13 Pro. Order 2879 of 4/11/2024 for my grand daughter for Christmas.
One of the reasons for choosing Mobilefederation was because of 24 month warranty.
Up until last month the phone worked perfectly until it would not switch on after charging.
The only way i could contact the seller was via SMS as for some reason there was a problem with email.
They advised me how to send the phone back and to make sure to remove all pass code/account ID.
I advised them that the phone would not turn on being the reason for the repair and what I could to but I am still waiting for a reply.
My son in law has also been in touch just in case mobilefederation required additional info, as he was present at the time the phone failed.
I have just sent 2 follow up SMS letters but I have failed to receive a reply.
It is very disappointing to have to go through this only to snubbed when things started a little difficult.

I purchased an iPhone from Mobile Federation recently on impulse, which arrived quickly and in excellent condition, but on opening the package I realised the phone didn't suit my needs. I then contacted Mobile Federation and they agreed to send me a full refund after receiving the iPhone I had just purchased. I highly recommend Mobile Federation, their Support Team in my opinion are excellent and they offer 24 months warranty on their phones, so I definitely will be buying another phone from them. I have nothing to complain about Mobile Federation. Excellent warranty, the best price, the phone I received has no issues and exactly what was promised on the website. I bought Samsung S24 ultra Orange from them. There are a lot of choices for color, storage, and cosmetics condition. If your desired colour is sold out, be patient and wait for them to restock them. While I was researching where to buy refurbished phone, I noticed that phones sold out quite quickly from them but they also restock them quickly too. Highly recommend 👌.
