The vet was very gentle with my cat during her annual booster and check up and my cat was put at ease. I’ve always had caring and professional service from the practice and would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended
I have used this veterinary group practice for over 30 years for all my cats and on the odd occasion, injured wildlife. I’ve always found the whole team to be incredibly helpful, kind, compassionate and professional. I wouldn’t take my pets (or mice and hedgehogs!) anywhere else.

We visited the Stoke Road surgery for…
We visited the Stoke Road surgery for the first time and the vet we saw there was lovely. She took the time to familiarise herself with our dog and was very patient and understanding with him, where previous vets have been very nervous, this vet understood his needs and was really happy to accommodate them.

Good appointment experience
Took the dog for annual vaccinations and he got a thorough physical exam, plenty of time for me to ask questions which were all answered fully. Very happy with the service and no charge as paid via the monthly PetPlan.

Excellent Vets with friendly caring staff
We have taken our cats to the Willen surgery over a number of years and have always received an excellent service with friendly and caring staff. We are very lucky to live in Willen so it’s perfect for us as super easy to get to and we never have difficulties in getting an appointment.
