I have inherited an eleven year old dog…
I have inherited an eleven year old dog with several medical issues.
I have taken all my animals to MK vets over the years and have always had good service and care.
This time was no exception, I was given excellent advice and has resulted in an improvement to the dogs health already. 1st seen in March 2025 and recently 29/5/25

Using this vets for 20yrs!
Took my cat in as I was worried about a genetic condition, the vet was very thorough and listened to my concerns whilst reassuring me. She was very good and made the cat feel at ease. Always a good experience at Walnut Tree Vets, been taking my cats here for 20 years.

10/10 service from the team at MK Vet…
10/10 service from the team at MK Vet Group in Walnut Tree this week. After bringing my cat in due to ongoing issues, she was given a diagnosis and operated on very quickly. Everyone from the reception staff, the veterinary nurses and finance have been so so helpful. Their updates and advice from start to finish has been very much appreciated.

Professional but impersonal
I've lived in Milton Keynes for 12 years and have had lots of dogs and cats being treated at the Hospital. I'm nearly always happy with the treatment they receive. The biggest issue is always the staff turnover, as no-one knows who I am. I much prefer attending the Willen branch, seeing the same receptionist and vet and receiving a more personal service.

We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve generally been happy with the treatment your pets have received. We understand how important it is to see familiar faces and receive personal service, especially when it comes to your pets' health and comfort. Our hospital site is larger and supports a wider range of services, which naturally means a bigger team. In contrast, our Willen branch is smaller and more community-focused, which allows for a more personal experience—and we’re so pleased to hear that’s something you’ve enjoyed.
Across all our branches, we do our best to maintain continuity by keeping similar vets at each site where possible, so clients and pets can build lasting relationships with the team. Should you have a preferred vet, please feel free to request them when booking—wherever we can, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

We go to the Stoke Road branch. Always a great service, both the cat and dog are made a big fuss of. I had a lot of questions when we first got our puppy as we'd never had one before and there was never a time when I felt like I was pestering them, they were always happy to offer advice, and these were phone calls that we weren't charged for as well as regular puppy check appointments but these were included in the health plan that we pay monthly that covers her boosters and flea and worming treatment. Can't fault them, definitely recommend.

Everyone was friendly
From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly, helpful and polite the reception area is always looking clean and tidy with no clutter, The vet was very helpful thorough and answered any questions I had and was very caring towards my anxious dog.
