The vet was very kind to my dog and provided great advice and treatment. My concerns were listened to and my questions were addressed!

We have always had amazing care for our pets with Goddards in Ewell .
The staff are always so friendly and helpful especially if you are upset they are always there for you 💕

We have used Goddard Vets at Hayes End for over nine years. The staff have always been friendly and kind, especially to our cats. We have never had any problems with booking our pets in for general appointments or emergency appointments. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Goddard's to other pet owners.

I have been with Goddards Wanstead for many years now. They have looked after both my cats, who were/are not the easiest to treat! But they have always provided expert pet care and excellent customer service.

I was very happy with my visit, both with the Reception and with the Vet's care and attention. It was for Sam and Jess' yearly check up and injection and tablets. Mark was very good with both the dogs and gave me assurance of their condition and any matters that needed attention. I was very satisfied in every way with my visit.

This is regarding the Chingford branch with Emma the vet.
Emma is absolutely amazing, very caring and a very experienced vet. I’ve got lots of rescue cats and over the years she’s helped assess and treat all of them. I’ve always been very happy with their service and advice she gives and I can’t think of many vets I’d rather see my cats than Emma.
Although it is a chain vets it does seem like an old school local veterinary practice because Emma is the only vet there, so you get that one-on-one and she gets to know your pets well over the years.
Yesterday I took in a new cat she has not seen before, as he’s going off to his forever sanctuary at the weekend. He’s feral and untrusting of people, he’s terrified of them but the experience yesterday for him went well. Emma handled him well and was even able to cut his claws and check in his mouth

My dog Gotti was bleeding when going toilet and we called them up and they see him immediately. Took bloods checked him over and made me feel at ease. The staff are so helpful and caring and I have been with them for 5 years and both my dogs are under them. Thank you so much ❤️

Took my cat to Richard in an emergency and he dealt with her so well. The vet nurse is also lovely and very caring so felt complete trust and peace of mind.

I took my eight week old puppy, Ralphie, for his first check-up, vaccinations, worming and flea treatment today, and he had a great experience. The vet was very friendly, but he especially enjoyed spending time with Melissa on reception.

Overall, it was a fantastic first outing for Ralphie and we really appreciated how welcoming and caring everyone was. Thank you!

Our cat has recovered significantly since last summer’s visit when she fell ill. The team of veterinarian @ Mandeville Goddard supported warmly during our daily visits. We are very grateful for our cat’s health today.

The staff are extra friendly offering advice and nice conversation while we wait. Vets are very knowledgeable and it is always an overall nice experience when I go with my kitten. Highly recommend.

Goddards at Collier Row We’ve been bringing our 5 pets here for over 10 years now, and the care has always been outstanding. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and so helpful every single visit. The veterinarian is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and always accommodating, no matter how busy they are.
You can tell they truly care about the animals and take the time to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and reassured. We’ve always felt listened to and supported, and our pets are treated with such patience and compassion.

Goodards in Hayes: We had changed from another Vet to Goodards Hayes since our puppies were age 7 and 3 months. We recently rehomed another dog and registered him there also. The staff are approachable, professional and always happy to help. We have seen locum vets when we visited each time, but they have all been fantastic, they listen to our concerns and involved us in the care of our dogs who are our babies.

Yesterday was our first visit to the Wembley branch of Goddard with my dog, and I was genuinely very impressed. Robert at the reception was so welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment we arrived. The vet was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood the treatment plan. I also really appreciated that different treatment options were discussed in case the current plan doesn’t work as expected. It made me feel reassured and confident that my dog is in very good hands. Thank you so much to the team at the Wembley branch for such a positive experience — we truly felt cared for!

Wow, what professional and caring staff at Mandaville Veterinary Hospital. From start to finish we were calmed and reassured and, importantly, after swift treatment our dog was ok. Goddard Veterinary Group, please do acknowledge their exceptional service directly with them especially the lady on duty.

We have had our dog registered with this Vet since he chose us as his puppy parents aged 8 weeks and I cant recommend them highly enough. There is lots of background noise around vets and vet fees in the media, and without doubt this area needs reform. However, responsibilty for that does not sit at the door of the frontline staff providing a service. When you ignore that noise, and remember we all have a choice, the staff at Goddards Hackney care passionately about the family members in their care (the ones with fur and those of us without!). Without exception each and every staff member we have met has gone out of their way to be welcoming, kind, attentive and understanding. They have used their knowledge to work with us and advise us how best to care for our dogs severe allergies and unlike in other forums and with other so called professionals, I have never felt judged by them for the decisions I have made about Tobys care. I have only ever felt supported to make the decisions that mean Tobys allergies are controlled and to give Toby the best life he can live.
