Both guys very welcoming, James was extremely helpful with sorting some work foot wear out for me. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys. And treats for the dog as well.

Excellent customer service (thanks Holly!)
I visited to buy walking boots after the soles of my previous pair had disintegrated. Holly was absolutely brilliant! She was very friendly (to us and our dog who got many treats during our visit), gave lots of really useful advice and brought out lots of different pairs for me to try. Her knowledge of brands, waterproofing, longevity and pros and cons of each pair o looked at was really useful and she was empathetic and supportive throughout. Her advice really was invaluable and I left feeling really happy with my new boots. Thanks Holly and the team for a great visit 😊

A great shopping experience
A great shopping experience, as always is the case in this shop. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help. They are knowledgeable and incredibly patient. Importantly, they never try and force a sale or upsell. I particularly have to call out James who is a top, top fella and a total credit to the store.

This shop has fantastic, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter. The prices are incredible and rarely beaten at any of the other shops. Definitely worth a visit for all your holiday essentials and needs. Massive thanks to Sarah for helping us with our beach tent ⛺️

Great customer service
Great customer service. Sarah S greeted me as I came in and after a few minutes of browsing she asked if I needed help (I didn't at that point). Once I picked out my top I then found Sarah and asked her about gloves and she showed me where they were and made sure they fit before I bought them. She was lovely and talkative and spoke to me about my upcoming riding lesson and gave advice and asked about my holiday. I will definitely be back and will shop here whenever I am in Newquay and on holiday

Best outdoor store around
Great customer service in Millets Newquay yesterday as usual. The staff are always friendly and I never feel under pressure to make a quick decision. It's a well stocked shop which has some great deals.
