Millets - Newquay Recensioni 

My daughter’s rucksack started to rip not long after she started travelling. I went into Millets and showed photos and spoke to Sarah S who said they’d replace it as soon as daughter returned.
Sarah has been professional and understanding sorting the fault .

Huge thanks to Holly who was so patient and lovely with my 8 year old today when we came in for walking boots. Holly went out of her way to make sure we had the best fit and most suitable boot… even though it meant multiple trips to the store room to grab an array of different boots in many sizes! We both came away happy and satisfied. The other staff in the shop were friendly and helpful too. Great service, thanks ☺️

James and Rob were super helpful, obviously very passionate about their camping

Sarah from the Newquay branch was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for Merrall shoes and she was friendly and even looked for any returns of a 6.5 size.
I wanted to buy shoes from her but couldn’t as the company don’t order in half sizes - only whole sizes. Please include half sizes in the branches as lots of people have this issue.

Arrived in Newquay off the South West Coastal Path with wet gloves and leaking boots. It was 5pm. Sarah R was a total professional and had us sorted with Sealskinz gloves and socks in no time. She even made 2 trips to the stockroom to get our right sizes. Amazing service and a very good range. Would highly recommend this store, and especially Sarah for beginners to experienced walkers for real and helpful advice!

All staff very helpful ,especially Rob who was so patient, helpful, he is very knowledgable ,he knows a lot about his products. He helped me purchase the correct shoes, both pairs of shoes I am very happy with. great customer service. Thankyou.

I visited Millet’s in Newquay this morning with Daisy my dog. I was after a new pair of walking Shoes. Kayleigh looked after me, she was very helpful. I was hoping to get a pair like I already had but, as they had none Kayleigh showed me the same style in a boot. And it was a perfect fit. Cinders shall go to the ball!! My eye was then drawn to walking shoes and I spotted a lovely pair at the right price. So double happy.
