Friendly helpful service
I was served by Mark who was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with a rucksack I had bought a few months previously and he offered to exchange it. He spent a long time with me helping me choose a replacement that was right for me. Thanks so much Mark.

No frills, great knowledge
Absolutely fantastic shop, great kit and customer support from Mark around compass choice really helped navigate me to what I needed, bearing in mind you don't buy one every day. I also bought the West of the package with a map holder to keep things dry.

Amy who works at the Millets store at Keswick provided us with excellent customer service during our visit on Monday September the 25th, she was very knowledgeable about the items in store and was very helpful in assisting/advising my husband regarding the best walking shoes to meet his requirements. My husband is very happy with his purchase and we will definitely revisit this store when we are back in the area.

Great shop and really great prices. Amy was super helpful and really applied all her customer service skills. Gave me exactly what I asked and not the usual “all we have is out on display sorry” give her a raise/promotion, she’s manager material!

Extremely helpful lady in there, unfortunately the receipt doesn't have her name, she saw me struggling to find exactly what i wanted and came over un promted to help me out and find the right size and lengh plus colour she's a credit to the store - the store was clean tidy and accessible for disabled visitors

I was shopping for a leatherman Iin Keswick.
Tried other stores, but they either did not stock or were unhelpful.
I landed in Millets and bought my leatherman, shop assistant was knowledgeable and advised me of discount, so I saved 15%
