Riley was fab!
I went shopping for some shoes not really knowing what I was looking for/ what type of shoes are best for different activities. The staff member Riley was a great help! Helped me pick out a pair of merrel boots which were very comfortable (which I struggle to find as I have wide feet) but he managed to help me find a good fitting size, and explained to me some stuff for aftercare that I might need down the line. So overall, this shop is lovely and the staff there are very kind and approachable, thanks again to Riley for helping me find what I needed! Would definitely recommend to others!!

Purchase of pair of shoes
On 12 January I purchased a pair of Merril MOAB3 GTX shoes. I was served by Amy, who was extremely efficient and very helpful. Nothing seemed to be to much bother for Amy, and at no point did she make me feel under any pressure to purchase the shoes. Amy also informed me that due to my membership of the Caravan and Camping Club I was due a discount, which helped towards making the sale.

Great store
Every time I’ve visited the store Mark and the other staff have been nothing short of amazing. Friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Returned some goods on Monday and the service was hassle free and very quick. I then purchased some boots and the advice given was on point as always.

Friendly helpful service
I was served by Mark who was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with a rucksack I had bought a few months previously and he offered to exchange it. He spent a long time with me helping me choose a replacement that was right for me. Thanks so much Mark.
