Phil was an amazing help whilst looking for boots. He knew exactly what I wanted and helped me find the best boots I've ever owned. her also quickly helped my husband order a pair he wanted to try.
I shop with my baby and toddler and sometimes get worried about the mischief they cause. Phil was fantastic with my daughter and made the whole experience easy.
I'm in need of a new day pack and will be back soon (hopefully on a day Phil is there).

I got exactly what I needed for a trip to Scotland thanks to the helpful staff in this branch of Millets and so would happily shop here again.

From the minute I walk through the door Phil was very helpful with no pressure if I didn’t want any help but I did. My experienced here was a good old-fashioned Customer Service Phil was very knowledgeable and very helpful and explained everything as we went along with the choice of my walking shoes and hiking boots, it’s place like this that restore your confidence in the High Street. It’s not very often you get somebody who knows what they are talking about and you certainly can’t get this service on the Internet this Shop is a credit to Hastings High Street.

Phil made my experience great! I was looking for some walking boots/shoes. Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the pros and cons of different shoes. When I finally selected some, he did further checks and gave me lots of advice about wearing them in and how to lace them in the best way. All round a good experience.

Phil is the greatest. He’s so so helpful. He’s just the greatest guy. We miss him since the Eastbourne store closed. So glad we’ve now found him in the Hastings store. We buy most of our outdoor clothes, shoes and boots from Millets. Seeing Phil made the journey from Eastbourne worth while. PLEASE BRING BACK MILLETS TO EASTBOURNE AND BRING BACK PHIL. Love you Phil. Phil provided excellent customer service and is very knowledeable about hiking boots. Thank you very much! The Brasher pair I got are perfect! They feel very comfy and we went through muddy terrain on the weekend in the forest. My feet stayed nice and warm. Also the socks he recommended are great too! If you need advice - ask Phil!
