I had a very positive experience with Alan Cleary. As a new immigrant from the USA I had many questions regarding health care in Ireland. Alan was helpful, courteous, pleasant and patient with my many - sometimes repetitive- questions.

Health insurance policies are very difficult to navigate, Alan did a great job sending me the relevant information by post which made making the decision much easier and I saved a lot of money by switching from the same vendor that I was with for 12 years because I always seen it as too difficult to change. The increases in price over the past few years have left no choice but to change.

As a family we go back to Gerry Lucey Insurances before it became part of MIG because of his ultimate commitment to making you feel you were the only customer he had. Over the years we have had excellent service on Car and Home Insurance from MIG staff since Gerry's retirement. We are now introducing our next generation for Insurance cover, Mortgage Assignments etc etc. I told Rachel Dennehy who has been handling our requirements of late that she epitomizes everything Gerry had to offer in terms of Professionalism, Attention to detail and responding diligently as promised
