What I liked was that I got a breakdown and a comparison of the different policies, making it easier for me to decide which policy suited my needs.

Have used the Rathmore office for years because of the great service you receive either in person or over the phone, the girls always get me a good quote, I'd definitely recommend especially for first time insurance quotes,my son uses them as well as a learner and now as a qualified driver and he gets much better quotes than some of his friends.

I have had all my motor, house and farm insurance firstly with Miller Carroll and continuing on now with Mc Carthy’s since 1986.
There are many reasons for this loyalty but the main reason being the staff in Charleville as the first person I met was Catherine Fisher who is still there along with all the other employees, with nearly all having long years service given at this point in time.
It is no doubt a great sign of the business to have such loyal and knowledgeable staff for so long.
I have always been made welcome and I have total respect and confidence in all my dealings in Charleville
I know that I am properly insured in all aspects and at a competitive price also.
If there are questions to be asked all are very knowledgable and helpful which ultimately gives me great assurance and peace of mind.

The staff in McCarthys make everthing so easy and offer the best insurance policy to suit each individuals requirements explaining in full each clause in the policy. Everything was fully explained.

I rang McCarthy Insurance looking for a quote for health insurance .I spoke with Alan Clearly, he was SO helpful. Explained everything clearly, answered all my questions. I was with one Health Insurer for years so decided to " shop around" felt quite overwhelmed with all information out there. Decided to ring a broker and was I impressed with Alans knowledge , really explained in understandable terms for me. Went through each Health Insurance Company thoroughly. I decided to go through all information received comparing Health Insurers , rang Alan back a few more times with questions, he was v helpful and v professional. Thank you Alan.

Engaged with a few companies prior to contacting McCarthy Group and had no expectations in this case.
Initial discussions were with staff member Alan, where our requirements were highlighted.
He genuinely exceeded all expectations on his call back, fully customer centric and focused on our request; presented a range of products that aligned with our request. He provided an above par customer service and importantly we were not made to feel like a monetary statistic for the company.
Think a few companies out there could learn a thing (or two) on customer service from McCarthy group.
