I have been getting my raw dog food from this company for a long time now. Delivery is fast food is still frozen, not had any problems that they couldn't sort immediately, a great price and choice. Friendly company too. I have recommended them to my friends

I buy from Middleton raw dog food quite regularly. The service is fantastic literally order and received within days.

Was with Middleton raw food for 2 years back in 2023 was all great for a year never any problems then mid 2024 had 5 dodgy deliveries of 3 of gone off raw or 1 of missing chubs and 1 of wrong order sent. The last order in feburary was the last straw dark red and purple chubs that smelled like sewage was horrible. Sick of waiting to see if I would then have to wait in for a new delivery sent. They did refund me everytime I called but going by the reviews they don't seem bothered and get that attitude when you call literally as soon as state your order just tell you they would refund no questions or concerns...that they could potentially making dogs very ill both mine are working dogs so just not worth the risk. Am now with a new company double the cost but years of top reviews

My dog became sick and the smell is so bad. I asked to return the raw food but no answer. Now I have to throw 40kg worth because I bought it in bulk. Would definitely not recommend.

You'll not find a better service, or price online delivered! Second to none. Highly recommend 👌 used them for a long while, and they are faultless

This food gave my dog Helicobacter infection. Changed over to this food and now my dog is sick. Cost me over 3000 already in vet investigation procedures and medication
Can see so much bone in this food.
Comes half defrosted at time.
Will not be using this company again it has gone right down hill.
Used the company before on my last dog and the quality is bad now compared to back then.

Improve the chicken taste and smell. I brought 24 chubs of chicken carcass to feed to my 2 dogs not every day maybe twice a week.oh my good when I undone one of the chubs the smell was putrid .when defrosted it was Slime no firmness to it at all.it made me heave just undoing the roll. My dogs sniffed it and walked away.complete waste of money.I am feeding the foxes every night with it .it is to smelly to put into the bin.

Always fed out dogs on a raw / BARF diet. We have been purchasing raw 500g Chubs (Mostly Chicken Mince) from this company via their eBay listings for quite a while. Delivery is a premium service, usually next day, well packaged and yet to have an issue. The fact our Lurcher polishes off the product on a daily basis speaks for itself. Supplemented with frozen raw chicken wings and occasional treats for a healthy dog.

Hi had a problem with my order spoke to the owner of the company and he said he would put it right straight away next day. New delivery turned up cannot fault. This company would definitely recommend them. Thankyou Colin.😊

We have ordered Raw chicken mince for our Rotweiller several times from Middletons. This is now the second order that smells like absolute filth once defrosted - we gave the benefit of the doubt on the first one when it was explained to us that it was a "dodgy batch!" You can get away with it once but twice and you've got a serious manufacturing problem. Having now looked at the reviews, It seems that other owners have been effected too. I'm not sure how a company get away with this. The food has quite clearly been frozen after it has been subject to the elements and spoilt. Dangerous stuff. If any animal was to consume this, I have no doubt that it could cause serious harm. I have never smelt anything so bad. I'm not one for leaving negative reviews for business's as I am fully aware of the impact they can have but this is serious, particularly when it concerns the health of your pet.

Been ordering from company a couple of months now. Reliable shipping-always comes next day (order before 3). Very affordable raw food for similar quality as some others (about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of competitors). Wish they had a bit more variety at times, but all in all quite satisfied.

right now i want to stick with this company. orders so far have been lovely...so the dogs say :). not had any issues. delivery great/quick. spoke to a guy working there to ask if they could change something about my order and he was so nice and polite iv heard a lot of good things about these guys so im glad im with them now for our pets. thanks everyone.

Excellent service, usually delivery is very quick. I find it good quality meat my dogs and cat loves it.

We've been ordering for a couple of years now and only had an issue recently which was down to the delivery company. They sent a replacement ASAP and I'm very happy with the service. Best priced raw for our dogs. Will continue to use as they rectified the delivery companies mistake quickly.

My cats love the chicken raw food from Middleton Raw Foods and they would have got 5 stars if the delivery experience wasn't so stressful!
I placed my first order earlier this year and when I received notice from DPD that my order was being delivered, I noticed that the address was totally wrong and was too late to sort with Middleton so I had to contact DPD which was a nightmare in itself!
The second order that was placed was by my husband recently and we were hoping whoever/whatever had sorted out the "wrong address" thing but NO, it was addressed wrong again!!!!
Middleton Raw Foods need to sort this out as it's this stress that's stopping us from becoming a regular customer!

My dogs absolutely love this food, I have had no trouble with anything. Communication is great and have had all my questions answered. I have even rung them just to make sure that I am giving my cane corso and american bulldog the right food. NO ⛔️ complaints from me, as of yet 🙏🏻 am very grateful for being told about this company. My dogs are happy then so am I!

I have bought the chicken mince in bulk from this company for some years and have had no issues until the last purchase. The meat smelled rank when defrosted and I had to dispose of it. After three ‘chubs’ all being the same I messaged the company asking them to get back to me with no response. Every ‘chub’ tried (8) from the batch was the same so I have had to dispose of the remaining eighteen and buy from elsewhere. What a waste of time, effort and money.
It seems to me that at some stage during the process the product was left too long before freezing which is just not acceptable. Neither is the lack of an answer from the owner/supplier.
Buyer beware.
