How rubbish is One drive? You can't just use your MSOffice subscription to store files on Onedrive so you don't have to store them locally, No!! Microsft insists that their storage is just a mirror. You still khave to store files locally. Microsoft, Please tell me what is thepoint? I
'm an MCSE and I recall you used to pay for MS products on a one-off basis. Now it's annual subscription. And Onedrive still takies up all your local disk space. Avoid Microsoft. What is the point of Onedrive if it still uses your harddrive for storage? It uses loads of your hard drive space. Guys, my advice is to avoid Microsoft and get open source.

Terrible customer service!! Eat up your bank account without notice. I had to change my card, in order for them to stop charging it.

Miserabel kundtjänst.
Mitt problem, datorn vill inte ladda ner senaste versionen av Windows 10 utan genererar en felkod 0X80070652 vilket lär betyda att den anser att min nuvarande Windowsversion inte är giltig trots att Windows var förinstallerat.
Loggade in på kundtjänst samt beskrev problemet skriftligt. Kom tillbaka direkt att de inte förstod. Andra gången också. Så snabbt att jag insåg att ingen ens tittat på min problembeskrivning.
Återstod personkontakt. Vi ringer upp dig inom 25 minuter.Telefonen ringde snabbt men damen som ville anvisa mig vidare till nästa instans pratade så otydligt om att trycka på mummel mummel eller om jag ville ha mera tid trycka 2. Jag antog att mumlet skulle betyda 1 men när jag tryckte 1 hände ingenting. Hörde inte att det sas något om avsluta med fyrkant. En mycket dålig upplevelse!

Windows 10 is alright, but Windows 7 is still better. Should've kept Windows 7 as It's operating system.

Bliss OS sägs vara perfekt för desktop o Laptops eftersom den har scrollbars som Windows. Skillnaden är väl att Android är en miljon ggr coolare, säkrare, snabbare o relativt spionfri! Den ökända system32 foldern i Windows kan väl knappast kallas spionfri! Med tanke på vad Dem har gjort mot Mig, så hoppas jag att det går åt pipsvängen Med hela Microsoft-Maffian! Att förstöra Privat Egendom är ju kriminellt enligt lagen, Men rätt svårt att bevisa. Men det klart att det är Microsoft som beter Sig som svin! This has been 2day NIGHTMARE. In the last 36hrs... I have UNSUCCESSFULLY been able to reset my PASSWORD. The last PPW had 4 digits. RESPONSE WAS TOO SHORT!! Now they will not respond to my request for new PW. Have I been hacked?

Kan ha världens sämsta kundcenter online. Vill skicka ett ärende men det står att cookies inte är aktiverade på hemsidan och kan därför inte få hjälp av deras kundtjänst. Loggar in vi explorer och där står det att jag måste verifiera min ålder. Finns ingen blanket utan bara massa information. Trycker på support och kommer till en sida där det står att de har tekniska problem just nu. Ni borde skämmas! Pinsamt!

Easy to use could have more option for customer support though

Microsoft keep asking me to update my account. This has gone on for weeks. Forweeks their reply has been "OOPS something is wrong please try again.
Also it is beyond their capability to enable me to change my E Mail address. Also a changed password which is accepted by them is immediately "Not recognised"

I cannot speak to a human being at Microsoft. Completely ifrustrated Have they the guts to respond??

Are we expected to trust these morons??
I never changed my password for my email account but Microsoft insisted that I had done so.
I changed my password for my SKYPE account because SKYPE refused to log me in. Nobody tells you that you have to use the same password for both: what shocking security. And we are expected to trust these morons?

Återigen har det hänt. Windows 10 uppdateras i flera omgångar och datorn blir jätteseg. Även denna gång undrar jag om datorn är på väg att totalkrascha.
Att den blir seg under uppdatering skulle jag kunna stå ut med, om jag kunde se att det pågår och då slippa bli orolig och irriterad. Obegripligt att Microsoft inte meddelar om pågående uppdatering. När uppdateringen är klar ( och jag själv har tittat efter på uppdateringslistan ) fungerar allt som det skall igen.

Har försökt att skicka mail till Microsoft men det är fullständigt omöjligt.
Via hemsidan kommer man bara in i en rundgång när chatten och telefonsupporten är stängd. Mycket irriterande. Varför inte ha en vanlig mailadress synlig på hemsidan ? Obegripligt.

Sammanfattning: Microsoft jobbar hårt på att öka sin redan stora Badwill.

Absolutely livid with Microsoft. Their "customer service" is laughable and they do not care, whatsoever.

My PC was completely corrupted by one of their force updates that you have no option to refuse. The update meant no files on my PC could be read and absolutely nothing worked. I work from home and I was unable to use my PC for work for 3 days - therefore losing over £180 in wages because of an issue that didn't need to occur.

I contacted Microsoft ofr assistance and would told I would need to download some kind of repair and save it to a USB drive. I did this, but the issue was so extensive that my PC couldn't read or download the repair. I had to go out and buy a USB, install the repair on my laptop and then put it into the PC. But you guessed it, the PC couldn't read the USB to install.

It took several days and 8hrs of me being on my laptop with an engineer and pointing a webcam at the PC so the engineer could talk to me and tell me what to do to fix it. Fortunately, yes, this time it worked.

I complained to Microsoft about them costing me financially all I was told was that "they do not take responsibility for lost time or files". I explained I was not complaining about this, I was complaining about the fact their stupid update destroyed my PC and as a result, a financial detriment my household. They once again came back with the "loss of time and files". Completely ignoring the issue.
My husband was undergoing treatment for cancer, was unable to work and I was working from home on a part-time basis to care for him and ensure he had someone with him. To lose 3 days salary is a huge problem for us - but Microsoft (the multibillion-dollar company) gave zero s**ts and refused to accept responsibility, but offered me Office 265 free for 1yr. I refused since this is of no use to me and I'd rather not accept anything else from them again.

Absolutely disgusting.

Microsofts Store "support" har inte varit till någon nytta alls...
Man utlovar, att det ska ta högst 20 min att köpa / ladda ner ett Officeprogram från Microsoft Store.
Det har nu gått 26 timmar (!) och ingen på Microsoft kan ge besked om vart min verifierade inbetalning har tagit vägen och ordern ligger och "väntar" på betalning.
På 5 min fick jag nyss svar från Trustly med alla uppgifter om transaktionen, genomförd och klar (igår) och jag har fått id / ref.nr, men ...
Microsoft Support är inte ens intresserade av att ta del av detta.
DET ÄR BARA ATT VÄNTA, det kan ta nu istället ta upp till 5 - 6 dagar,
är sista uppgifterna från "supporten", innan jag ens kan reklamera köpet...
Under tiden är mitt gamla Officeprogram låst och obrukbart efter min senaste uppdatering.

Pengar för en Microsoftprodukt drogs två gånger. Gav upp på att försöka få tillbaks dom efter två timmars chattande med ohjälpsam support.

Crap on phone 40 mins and they hung up , and didn't want to know about my wrong order , can't get through to them hung up twice on me , won't be in a hurry to order from them again.
