Pity products normally you would class as excellent products like Microsoft Apple etc all products sold on eBay new that when you receive faulty items eBay refuses many customers for products I am sure warranties are in place as by law but eBay don’t comply at all there are many examples here on Trustpilot pilot alone and why Microsoft and Apple and companies like this don’t step in to see customers for their price get proper service instead of to return item to Melbourne from Tasmania I require to print shipping label without another $500 expense to buy a printer to print their label but instead of sorting issue I get nil refund and eBay pocket my money as they do yours come on Microsoft and Apple such companies step in and see you customers satisfied or face them going to other brand names do the right thing by your products because to expect eBay too will not happen and yes you do get scammed on eBay by eBay.

Har försökt få tillbaka mitt konto som blivit hackad i ca 2 månader nu och skickat in ärende efter ärende och till och med ringt men de svarar aldrig. Står det att det kan ta upp till 24h att få svar ska det inte ta mer. Under all kritik att ett så stort företag kan ha så dålig kundservice. Sorgligt.

Pros: over the years PowerPoint has seen an evolution through Z learning video product and other items around it without being included in those worlds. When the truth is PowerPoint was the foundation for all of those other tools and nobody just really recognized it by blowing it off as just another Microsoft product. It’s unfortunate that many people don’t learn the advanced animation and items available for production, especially the record video and publishing out to if you have office 360 the new Microsoft stream service.
Too many people are using tools like captivate, articulate, Camtasia, and other products that, while yes they do hold some Advanced features for their Silo of targeted audience, PowerPoint has many of these features available with skill sets you already know in an application interface you’ve been familiar with for over 25 years. I hate to see people waste a lot of money on the other products with time and training, when you’ll notice every one of them has what …. A PowerPoint import.
Cons: it can seem a little clunky at times to people who aren’t as familiar with it, which I’ve got to put in Microsoft’s court because people who know how to use word and basically a PowerPoint is a dynamic word application based around bullet points and presentations. The trouble is enough people don’t learn how to build a good presentation by building their outline in word. Focusing on the content, and then letting PowerPoint build a slide deck based on the items. It’s called PowerPoint for a reason not PowerParagraph. The reason I make the distinction here as a con is because I think it has to do with the dissemination of the products information through the manufacturer and people’s assumptions of its lack of capabilities or difficulty of use hasn’t really been addressed, because even has an advanced experience user it can seem a little clunky at times.
Overall: Well I would have to say my experience is a little more unique, building Advanced animations that can emulate a Flash type of product, but having been a flash animator I understand those types of items. I have no problems with PowerPoint I know how to use Word to build an outline….. publish and I’m ready for the meeting.

Har försökt bli av med skräppost i nästan ett år, har kontaktat Microsoft 7-8 ggr minst, problemet ej löst! Spam fortsätter o strömma in!
Har även kontakt dem i andra frågor, aldrig fått ngn hjälp!
Trist att ett så så stort företag inte har ordning o reda o kunskap!
Jag kan ju knappast vara ensam om problemen!
Har gått över t Gmail funkar perfekt!

Svarar inte på mail eller vill hjälpa till när något är fel.
Tagit betalt två gånger på en månad på mitt FirstCard för Microsoft 365 Family.

Jag skulle köpa ett office paket men det upplevde inte till förväntningarna och jag ville avbryta efter min provmånad. Men det går inte, trots att det finns hjälpbeskrivning så kan jag inte ta bort köpet. Så jag måste ta bort mina pengar ifrån kortet så att dom inte kan dra något. Har försökt i flera månader och hitta ett sätt att avbryta köpet. Är det ens möjlighet?

har i langt tid spillet Forza Horizon 4. Men har aldrig haft adgang til Auction. har set mange videor på hvordan man kan fix det men det Går hele tiden ind på support. må ikke få adgang til af ædre mine privacy settings

Tog 50 dagar från att de mottog paketet, till att jag fick pengarna från en produkt som jag skickade tillbaka. Otroligt oseriös support. Ger inte något svar på varför pengarna inte betalas tillbaka eller när/om det sker. De skulle vid ett flertal tillfällen ringa tillbaka till mig men sket i det helt.

Pengarna betalade tillbaka först när jag hotade om att ta det via rättslig process.

Att sitta i telefonkö och sen kriga med supporten om något de är lagstadgade att göra inom 14 dagar är något som har kostat mig ca 10 timmar. Jag har inte blivit kompenserad med den lagstadgade dröjsmålsränta som jag skall ha. Inte heller blivit kompenserad för den tid och illa bemötande jag har fått från företaget.

Avråder starkt att handla från detta företag.

Sämsta kundtjänst någonsin!!!! Skrev fel lösenord och får inte tillbaka mitt konto trots att jag betalt fem års abonnemang till ett värde av 3000 kr. Suttit med support både via telefon, chatt och mejl. Sammanlagt kanske 5-6 timmar. Har inte hjälp nånting. De är mycket trevliga men kan inte lösa ens problem. Sämsta service någonsin varit med om, utan tvekan och utan överdrift!!!
