I stayed at home for three days waiting…

I stayed at home for three days waiting a delivery. Each day they made "unsuccessful attempt" because "Customer not at home" and "Missing unit". I was at home. My unit has not been missing at least last 60 years since my rental building has been built. A delivery guy didn't use buzzer , didn't call me, no knock the door. Finally they stated "Delivered". Lie. No picture with my parcel in front of my door. Scam

Unreliable

I ordered a Samsung moniter which was $3,000 the delivery was delayed by over a week has been three weeks since I ordered. I ordered the same item through Canada Computers and Best Buy and got it in a couple days. If anyone is considering using this company for shipping, do not.

Worse company

Worse company, had a delivery from Costco for a dryer, that was supposed to be installed. It was a little late but delivered on the sane day promised even though it took 10 dats for the delivery. The driver at the time said they don’t install, installation was included as per the Costco website. When contacted they did agree the installation was paid for and they would send someone out in about 6 days, unacceptable.Drivers name Saravjeet Chauhan, also lied to his company telling them that the customer wanted to do the delivery himself, I ask why I woukd pay for installation then want to install it myself?

Scammer

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I had the option—it deserves zero.
My Costco order was delivered through Metro Supply Chain, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. During the first delivery attempt, I received no notice at all. When I called to ask what happened, they claimed they had the wrong phone number in their system.

When the washer and dryer were eventually delivered, I discovered that the dryer was faulty and had to return it. Costco issued a replacement and a new order number. But when the replacement arrived, it turned out to be the exact same faulty unit I had returned earlier. Even the delivery driver confirmed it by pointing out the sticker they had previously placed on the package.
This ordeal has dragged on for over a month, and I still don't have a working dryer. It feels like a scam. To make things worse, when the delivery driver called their dispatcher to report the issue, the dispatcher tried to convince me to accept the faulty product in exchange for just a 5% discount.

Nothing but terrible

Absolutely terrible. I was constantly lied to regarding how quickly my order would be delivered, they have 0 ways to communicate with them directly, I had to go through Best Buy (who I placed the order with) just to get a status update. It was terrible, avoid at all costs

Terrible Customer service and Lazy Delivery

Had a deliver scheduled for the one day I was going to be home, they came called the wrong number that does not exist, then when I contact customer service and try and figure out what to do, I get one word answer and passive aggressive remarks. They had reponded with „okay“ and just that when I asked a question about solutions. Do not recommend. Now I try and always stay calm a know it’s not the employees fault, but surely there is an issue with this company.

Mint Condition Safe Delivery

On September 17, 2025, I completed an online purchase for a pair of shoes from J.Crew Factory.
On September 23rd, my parcel arrived in Canada from Lynchburgh, US, and was given to Metro Supply Chain Group to deliver my parcel.
On September 24th, my parcel was safely delivered to me in mint condition to Toronto, ON.

worst experience ever

worst experience ever, my tv was ordered 2 weeks ago, I was supposed to get it the same week it was ordered, I got too excited thinking my tv would arrive the day of just for me to get a call telling me they have to reschedule my delivery to this week, I was supposed to get my tv today and I was called to be told their truck down and they have to reschedule my delivery to next week, I've never been so pissed. I'm trying to get Best Buy to cancel my order atm.

I wish they have zero stars. As they deserve zero. I ordered from Costco a washer and dryer 2 in one. They came a week ago and the driver claimed he can’t park on the street even if I offered to buy the 24hrs parking permit that will take in place immediately. The driver was so rude and refused this option. He spoke to head office again won’t budge. He just took off and refused to deliver. It was supposed to get the same stuff a week later. Well. First issue is the machine is heavy so they have to unload as close as possible to my unit. And refused to park the car and do pay parking. This is stupid. We are in Toronto. Delivery companies should be equipped for such shut. They wasted 2 Saturdays along the time spent on the phone talking to Costco.bad bad bad

If I could give no stars I would :)

I had one of the worst experiences with Metro Supply Chain delivering for RONA.

I arrived at my delivery location 15 minutes before my scheduled 11:30–2:30 window, after driving an hour to be there early. When I got to the property, I found a “Sorry we missed you” notice, even though no one had come to the door. I immediately called Metro Supply Chain at 11:24am and was told I was delivery #10 and the drivers had just finished #9, so they would be heading to me shortly.

I waited at the front window until 1:30pm, watching carefully, and no delivery ever arrived. When I called again, I was told the drivers had supposedly been there at 11:51am and tried to call and knock, but this simply did not happen. Later, another representative claimed the GPS showed they were there at 11:34am. These stories completely contradicted each other, and both ignored the fact that I was physically there the entire time.

To make matters worse, when I followed up again, I was treated dismissively and essentially told I was wrong, rather than having my concern acknowledged. I’ve now had to rebook, but the waste of time, money, and energy was extremely frustrating. If drivers are going to arrive earlier than the scheduled slot, they should wait. Instead, I was left with misinformation, lies, denial, and no accountability.

This was unprofessional, unfair, and deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope RONA and Metro Supply Chain take responsibility and improve their service, because what I experienced was completely unacceptable.

THEY STOLE FROM US!!! They switched out our brand new Samsung frame TV for an old Sony one and and we only realized this once we opened the box. Samsung was also totally unhelpful, horrible experience! Complete thievery!

ABSOLUTE WORST delivery team

Metro Supply Chain is the absolute worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with.

There’s zero accountability, zero transparency, and absolutely zero customer care.

They claim to have attempted a delivery to my condo — yet no one at security saw anyone show up, I received no call, no knock, no buzz, nothing. Just a vague notification saying they “tried.” When I reached out for answers? No apology. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Just robotic responses that feel like they were copied and pasted from a script written to avoid responsibility.

The next day, the package was supposedly ten minutes away… for four hours. The tracking map constantly shifted, showing the driver coming from all directions like they were navigating via hot air balloon taking a scenic float around the entire town rather than a delivery route. When I raised this, I was told the driver “has to follow a specific route.” But when that route changes every ten minutes? You’re not following a route — you’re stalling or lying.

At no point did anyone offer an apology or even acknowledge how ridiculous and frustrating the situation was. This is beyond poor service — it’s outright disrespectful to customers.

If your company partners with Metro Supply Chain for delivery, you’re telling customers you don’t care if their orders arrive on time — or at all. Do better.
Research your partners and vendors before you choose them.
Shoppers Drug Mart uses this company for delivery — and frankly, they don’t seem interested in feedback either. So maybe they’re made for each other.

Worst experience ever and the staff at…

Worst experience ever and the staff at all levels are lazy and unable to assist in any way. When the appliances first arrived before even fully unloading the truck the drivers/ movers said they were unable to move the fridge to the requested location saying "the fridge is too big and they would need a 3 man team, which they would schedule at a later date" (if they knew this information already why show up without the required man power. Strick 1). I scheduled a team to show up at a later date and when was told the delivery would happen sometime between 3-6pm and no body came. Called the support team and they said they would be there from 6-8pm, again no body showed and the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days later (Strick 2). 2 days later and i was told the team would arrive between 8-11 am, got a call from the driver they were unable to find the place and i told them where to go. Later get a call from customer support team saying they would need to send a email to delivery team with instruction on how to get to my place but i told her that there was already a team that was able to show up early without issue. At 12pm i call customer support and they tell me the drivers/ movers cancelled to delivery cause they were unable to find the place but didn't bother to call me or let me know in any way. i get the issue escalated and they say the manager is working with the delivery team to get the order completed and they would call me back in 30min. NOTHING HAPPENSE AFTER, NO CALL, NO EMAIL AND NO UPDATES and I'm stuck with my fridge in my garage (STRICK 3). The Drivers/ Movers showed no effort, Customer Support lied to me and gaslight me to waiting in my house for 2 days where i had no food waiting for the delivery team, the Manager made no attempts to follow up and provide a resolution. At all levels this company and team failed to fulfill their part. YOU CAN GET MORE HELP FROM A TEAM OF QUAD AMPUTEE'S WHO HAVE LOST ALL 5 SENSES.

Unyielding, Unhelpful, Bad Faith

I was given a 12 hour window for delivery so I had to clear an entire day to receive this delivery. I received a call at 9:35 telling me the delivery was due in 2 min. I was already on the way to the site to receive the delivery and told the person calling me I will be there in 30 min. They said ok and hung up.

When I arrived in TWENTY minutes, turns out they simply left. I had to call multiple times to ask where were they. MTH has a policy of only waiting 15 min no matter what apparently. Their excuse? They had called me that they were coming. So I'm supposed to drop everything I'm doing and make a 40 min drive in 15 min over a 12 hour window? They do not flex for you, they will throw their policy in your face, and they will blame you for their failed delivery. I've never seen a delivery company that hates their customers more.

Worst service

Worst service, I am waiting for my courier since last 4 days . Everyday in written they are giving commitment to deliver it in 12 min, 14 mins and then no one shows .

You have to stay at home for signature, I did same for 4 days and continuous follow up but no correct response, they are lying about it on tracking and on chat as well.

The delivery team

The delivery team, Darren and Jahmaar are a dad and son team that delivered our new appliances about two months ago. They were professional, punctual, personable and worked in sync. They represented the company in a very respectable manner. I hope the company ensures they feel appreciated as quality workers are hard to find these days.

Incompetent drivers

Incompetent drivers. The team twice showed up and flat out refused to drive up to my building because the road is closed for non-local traffic, but of course you can use it to access my building - that's what local traffic means. There are plenty of delivery trucks and cars using the road to access my building, but the drivers are apparently unable to understand how road closures work.
Avoid this company like the plague. They are deeply incompetent.
