Bestbuy order for a TV. 3hr window was confirmed to be in the afternoon. Morning of, received multiple calls starting at 8AM (4.5hrs early), including from personal numbers. Ignored thinking they were spam until a voicemail clarified who and why they called. Called back and spoke to CSR who was nice and tried to be helpful, but seems their ability to communicate with delivery teams directly is limited and they have to send emails to a dispatcher. Notably, the CSR claimed that the delivery window I was given was incorrect.
Shortly after, the delivery guys called again and showed up over 3.5 hours before the window with a rental truck and asked me to come outside (condo building). They asked me where to park the 24' truck, to which I had no answer of course. The guy was pleasant and ended up bringing the TV into my unit instead of the elevator like he initially said, so I'm glad. I saw on the form that they did have the same delivery window I was given, so I told the delivery guy he was quite early, though it ended up working out for me. He mentioned something about his app scheduling this drop off second in stead of second last. Clearly a dispatching and route planning issue vs a problem with the young man.
1 star because the service is evidently unpredictable and communication not official. It was by luck that I was able to be available to leave my work meeting and come outside to get the delivery team into the building when they called back, as I had no visibility as to when they would try to reach me again. Again, the people I interacted with were very nice and helpful, but as a 3PL, this is a bad outfit.
Metro to Home changed a delivery window the day before the delivery. Support agent was unwilling to change the window back and claimed the original window was "incorrect". We had made plans to have someone available for the original timing that involved booking time away from work.
Absolutely terrible experience. The delivery team showed up at my building and left within five minutes—no call, no attempt to speak to me, nothing. I was literally arranging elevator access with building management at the time, and they couldn’t even wait or check in before taking off.
I called customer service right away and got stuck on hold for 8 minutes. When someone finally answered, they casually asked when the driver left and then just offered to reschedule the delivery like it was no big deal. No apology, no accountability.
What’s the point of a delivery service that doesn’t even try to deliver? Total waste of time. Do better.
I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 from Best Buy on July 23, and it said delivery would be the same day—of course, nothing arrived. I waited again on July 24, and the driver finally called me at 8pm, after I had already left for work. I asked if they could deliver earlier the next day since I leave before 5pm. He said yes, but surprise, they didn’t show.
On Saturday, I stayed home the entire day just for this package. Then the Best Buy tracking suddenly showed “delivery failed.” I called the driver, and he claimed he rang the doorbell. That’s a lie, I was literally home all day.
He said he could reschedule for Monday. I asked to cancel the order, but he said they don’t have the right to do that. I gave up and said, 'Fine, let’s try Monday morning—but honestly, I doubt they’ll show.'
Also, you can’t schedule delivery through their website or Best Buy’s. I tried contacting Best Buy, and all they did was give me MetroE24’s phone number and told me to sort it out myself. I called—but apparently, MetroE24 doesn’t even have real customer service. Just a dead end.
Once your order’s with them, all you can do is cross your fingers.
Absolute garbage service.
Be cautious using this company. Note they have turned off google reviews -- which should be a red flag as to how bad they are.
Metro Supply Chain (herein referred to as "Msc") Delivery installation representative (Charles Duke Inniss, 647 625 6626; tall , black males, approximately 6ft or more, apparently middle aged) & his other black male employee / associate provided NO requested assistance to us for installation & initial test.
They were belligerent, rude, unhelpful.
We were Refused a copy of our (legally entitled) 02 signed documents.
Representative UNREASONABLY demanded that we leave multiple boxes "blank" ( Contravention of our legally entitled rights).
They were simply interested in getting signed document.
No unique identifier, No Professional Accountability, No name provided for MSc employees. They did not display any visible name tag either.
Reasonably, We were dissatisfied with the Superficial Farce and Travesty of "professionalism " staged by unprofessional demeanor of Msc designated representatives/ employees.
Msc UNREASONABLY DEMANDED "we agree to terms and policy" [SIC].
But, Msc FAILED to provide us a link or copy thereof ( thereby Contravening our legally entitled rights to get a REASONABLE opportunity to Read & peruse , prior to "agreeing" to Msc UNKNOWN "terms and policies " - which is UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE by Msc, and a Contravention of our legally entitled rights.
Extremely unreliable - delayed my delivery not once but twice (one week intervals between each delay). What good is paying $200 for a delivery when you can't even be bothered to call and inform that it's not gonna arrive. Also cannot be contacted for some reason

Just had a washer & dryer delivered and installed by Metro To Home after purchase from Costco. They also took away my old units. Two friendly & courteous guys arrived on time. They were very efficient & knowledgeable. Process completed perfectly within 1/2 hour. I'm in Victoria BC. Very pleased with the good service.
They clearly and blaintently damaged my furnace when installing a washer dryer and tried to gaslight my wife ibto saying it was her fault.
Strongly recommend you don't use, or ar minimim have a male present (yes they are THOSE) kind of people

Worst customer service in 40+ years of shopping. Two strikes in one day.
Strike 1 - Delivery guy gave me 5 minutes for disconnecting appliance and drove off without any notice. He was gone when I went down to call him.
Strike 2 - I spoke to Costco about what happened and they said to reschedule delivery same day and $35 fee waived. Called metro supply chain customer support to confirm delivery and they said cannot be done. What I heard from costco was different so I requested in polite words to speak to supervisor. I asked 5 times and rep kept on saying your ask is not relevant and hung up on me.
I filed a complaint with costco and sent a complaint email to metro.
Honestly, costco deserves better delivery vendor. There is too much service level gap.
What a day to deal with this BS.
Ordered from Costco, got confirmation from them 4 days later that my order was shipped. 3 day later I receive a call from Metro last mile saying I need to schedule my delivery. Ok sure. He tells me that they only come to my area on Wednesday and that the next available delivery date is July 9!!! I ordered on June 6th... Told him how that was simply unacceptable, that I did not order over seas!!! He sais well your other option is to cancel your order. DUDE!!! I want my order you fool!!!
Called Costco to complain. I told them I know it's not their fault but to please consider changing carrier. Simply ridiculous. They offered to send me a gift card to use in warehouse. The lady I spoke to was very nice and understanding but there was nothing she could do.
By reading all these comments, I wonder why Costco has not changed carrier yet as it seems this company has been the shits for a long time.
Terrible company. Was supposed to receive a Costco delivery on a Friday. Spouse and I took a day off from work for this. They gave me a call - I could answer as I was away from the phone and they just left. This is unheard of. The least a delivery company can do is knock on the door or ring the bell. We were both home - just not near the phone when the call came in. How can a delivery company simply call and leave because customer failed to answer the phone call? They even declined to deliver end of the day and we were forced to re-schedule.
The unfortunate part is - they have a contract with a reputable company like Costco. So every shenanigan of theirs will drag down the reputation of Costco. But I am sure the executive at Costco who most likely received a kick-back for handing this company the contract does not care and hence the consumers must suffer!

I was expecting a Costco delivery on a Saturday. Had people coming out to help with my heavy item. Metro phoned and told me they can't deliver because their truck broke down. I suggested they rent one but was informed they could not do that. I was then told next delivery would be later in the week (I which I'm working) or the next weekend. I can't belive a large delivery company cannot fulfill their delivery orders because one truck broke down!!! What a joke
Dont bother you cant go to the toilet, i have ibs and stomach problems and the south african manager Claudia lied and said she coaught me sleeing literally a day before my endoscopy and got me sacked, horrible evil spite ful woman and her breath stinks

Delivery guys, Ron & Colby arrived on time as promised. I received a call 30 minutes before to give me a heads up. They were kind and respectful of my property. The hook ups for my laundry pair were done properly. They removed all the packaging & old hoses etc from my property, to be disposed of at their end. Thank you Ron & Colby.
I had several major appliances delivered by this company this weekend and have to say I am very surprised seeing the prior comments. My delivery was extremely professional. Balkar and Jaspreet made every effort to ensure I was happy. They were very careful getting the appliances into my condo, set them up, leveled the stove, simply top notch service. I appreciate their patience and professionalism. Thank you kindly! I give 5 out of 5 stars. 🌟
