Missed my first delivery since I wasnt home then proceeded to attempt delivery on christmas eve in which I was also not home. I emailed the support team, didnt give any useful advice just said there was going to be another attempt and haven't gotten my package since.

The package was supposed to deliver
when I got back from vacation on january 2nd as the company said in their email response. The package instead attempted delivery on the 30th sadly I didn't know until I woke up. So initially I decided to look for their phone number but it automatically hung up on me i haven't checked where my package is until recently and I saw it was sent to an *origin hub* I emailed them about it no response yet. This is the most I had problems with a delivery service. Strongly recommend to always stay up to date on where the package is and be ready to be at the front door when it says "next for delivery" i have been doing that for other delivery services and it always went well.

They showed up to the back of my house (rear-lane home: garage in the back, front door in the front), took a picture of the garage and then updated the status to undeliverable. I have been "next to deliver" all day, while the assigned courier actively drove to an intersection close to where I live, sat there for around 45 mins, and then drove to the outskirts of the city without ever making the delivery (all caught on the company's own tracking app). Disgusting and dishonest behaviour.

Unprofessional, Ikea reassured me there was no was to share tracking info but my kitchen cupboards were definitely on their way. Gave me a 12 hour window and then never showed up.

They called me when they were almost at my house, they were quick and efficient in bringing the new TV into the house. Caused zero damage, asked where it was to be placed and followed that instruction without complaint. Darren Jahmaar went over all the forms with me on where to sign, polite. No issues.

Worst delivery company ever even dhl is better than them no customer service delivery guy tried to deliver at 10pm we were there house was full all lights open never rang took a picture of the building and ran back to his car they said they were gonna retry to do the delivery 3 days later nothing no reply to the emails either

My building concierge handles package deliveries for the residents. It was a small enough item. For some reason the driver tried to buzz me and I didn't pick up because there was no ID on the call. Thinking it was a scam call I didn't answer. Next thing you know I'm getting failed attempt emails for my package. I reach out to them and I'm told they will retry the next day. Crickets. I reach out again and I'm told it will come today. Nothing again. Now they are not responding and I'm wondering if I'll ever receive my package. A quick Google and Reddit search shows this to be their modus operandi. So many same stories of no real attempts being made by the drivers and them dragging things for days. I ordered items from Urban Outfitters and they were coming from the U.S. These guys were used as Last Mile delivery. Reading through reviews shows that Costco and Best Buy are using them too. Please reconsider when ordering online from these places. It's a lot of unnecessary hassle. If anyone knows of any other companies using them be sure to list them.

An international package coming used Metro Supply Chain as their Last Mile delivery. I didn't even know it had switched at the border as there was no notice of this. Instead I received an e-mail at 10:30pm that I had just missed a delivery with photos of my building and the buzzer. I checked my "unknown calls" log on my phone and had received a call from an unknown number but not attempt at buzzing. I have unknown calls blocked, especially at 10:30pm. Any attempt to contact them to redeliver or tell them a buzzer code seems to send me into a loop where they send me a customer service link but there's no way to login.
Company refused unsafe work conditions and would not drive on road with 1 cm of snow! Dispatch was very rude and costco said unless I could provide another address to deliver they would have to cancel the order. It's winter in Canada! I can't imagine this company being in business long.
They're definitely not trying to reach you. If they have your Best Buy delivery, don't wait, because it won't come to you.
They said delivery failed, but did not bother leaving a notice for next step, where I can pick up my order. That was 8 days ago, and still no sign of my order or a notice where to pick up. #BestBuy have been useless as well. 13 days after order was placed and no sign of my order any where. What a pathetic excuse for a business.
I was told my package would be delivered "sometime before 9 pm" today. I finally started to get tracking updates around 6 pm, when I was updated at 9:38 pm that I was "next for delivery," I went down into my lobby and waited for the driver. I was surprised about 10 minutes later to receive a "failed delivery" notification with screenshots of a 3-second outgoing call and a text to my phone, and a picture of my package. No one got out of their car to attempt to deliver the package as I was waiting in the lobby the entire time. I didn't want a phone call; I wanted my package delivered. I think the bigger companies should reconsider the contracts they have with this company, as clearly from the other reviews, this terrible service seems pretty status quo and frankly should not be tolerated.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire delivery service has been incredibly disappointing. I honestly don’t understand why Costco continues to use them. Every part of the experience — from logistics to the delivery staff was unacceptable.
I received an email from Costco with a delivery date but no specific time window. The drivers showed up with no advance notification and only called once they were already parked in front of my house. What kind of system doesn’t provide customers with a proper time estimate or courtesy notice before arrival?

I bought 2 items from Best Buy yesterday and was expected to receive it the same day. I was leaving for work and around this time was about to leave, the courier called me, saying he was there and gave me one of the items. When I left, the courier called me AGAIN because he forgot my second package. I explained that I had already left and I’ll get it the next day. Today rolls around and I call the courier to confirm about it and he says “The car broke down, maybe Monday.” I could have gotten my full package if he checked that I ordered TWO things and now I might have to wait even more, so I’m a little frustrated…
I was told that Metro Supply Chain attempted delivery to my apartment on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week November 10, 11 &12. I have been at home every day this week waiting for this delivery. It was neither made nor attempted. Telephone calls placed to this outfit receive an undecipherable voice message stating that messages are not to be left at that number. I have not received this delivery and cannot now determine when I WILL receive this delivery.n
I purchased a dryer from Costco, which was delivered and installed by Metro Last Mile Supply Chain. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
Both technicians entered my new condo wearing wet safety shoes without asking, caused visible damage to the wall, door transition, door frames, and doors, and even removed my wall-mounted shoe rack without my consent.
When I raised my concerns, one of them said, “Don’t make a small thing big, dude,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I’m now working with their customer resolution team to settle the issue, but this experience left me with a very poor impression of their service quality and professionalism.
