Would provide a rating of zero if possible. The first attempt of deliver resulted in significant damage to our new appliance, which had to be returned and delayed our renovations. During the second attempt, the driver entered our neighbour's driveway and took down a cable line connected to our house, which ripped off a large section of the siding on our house. The claims and resolution team was very unhelpful and placed all the blame on us and would not come to any sort of common ground on helping to pay for repairs for damage their drivers caused.

We had a fridge delivered. I believe one of the guys name was Gill. They were respectful and did a great job hauling away our old fridge and delivering our new one.
They let us keep the box. Our kids are very excited making a fort!

Fake delivery attempts. Voice line voice mail box full. Sent an email to rhem on January 26th and got a reply on February 9th. Useless horrible company.1 star is being generous.

Curtis and Devin made a delivery to my place in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. They did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, answered my questions and were very polite. They used carpet runners, took off their boots, worked quickly and were very respectful. They have a good sense of humour too. I was very pleased. Thank you!!

⭐ 0-Star Review – Metro Last Mile / IKEA
Unacceptable delivery service.
My delivery window on Jan 29, 2026 was 8:00 AM–9:09 PM, later narrowed to 11:40 AM–3:00 PM. I stayed home and available.
Metro Last Mile called twice, at 12:46 and 12:47 PM — one minute apart — then marked the delivery as missed. Missing a delivery over a one-minute gap is unreasonable and unprofessional. At least 5 minutes should be given.
This caused major disruption because I have a paid furniture assembly scheduled for Jan 30 at 9:00 AM.
Both Metro Last Mile and IKEA need to take responsibility. I expect delivery priority and compensation for the inconvenience.
Very disappointed.

Mike and Danit delivered my extremely heavy queen sized sofa couch. They were on time, efficient and extremely personable. They set up the couch exactly where I wanted it, explained the logistics of it and removed all the packing material. Thank you so much!

Fridge arrived one week later than the delivery date planned, and then came one and a half hours later than the window provided. The fridge was on the truck, but the workers would not bring it from the truck to my front door, which was not a difficult thing to do. They claim they couldn't leave the truck there because it was legal spot, but they spent 15 minutes leaving it there while they told me so.
In general, this is a globalist style organization with that same abusive top down control attitude that is found in such institutions. Like Uber, they tried to control the delivery of supplies all over the world. Given the track record of these types of organizations and their willingness to oppress the public, while profiting from it, I would read this company as zero, not worth supporting.
What we need is small and local to do honest work.

Simply the worst courier company I've ever seen. Will tell you they attempted delivery when they don't. They won't call you or leave a message or contact you in any way. Customer service is completely unhelpful. If this company is delivering something to you, I doubt you'll get it.

An hour delay because of the snow on the roads. Delivery guys were great and super friendly. Item wasn't damaged (chest freezer).

Had a delivery today and it was perfect. Very mannerly, efficient team delivered a fridge for us and I would highly recommend them. Very professional delivery.
they change the delivery time half day before the schedule time, even you book the delivery time 1 month ago.

Do Not Use This Company!
Very unprofessional delivery company.
Delivery person did not even knock on door or ring doorbell, just left note.
Company ignored our complaint.
I gave it a one star rating because I had to give something to write this review.
The company is not even worth one star.

They delivered a fridge from Costco and asked me about the water line being connected while I was wrapping up getting all the food out from the old fridge.
The workers lied saying it was too dark and wet outside and that a different team would install the fridge.
Instead they took photos of some of the food left in the fridge and water line connected as the reason for not being able to install it.
They will lie and scam their way out of finishing the job.

Ordered an ipad in store at Best Buy. Original delivery attempt failed citing store was closed with a picture just outside of the store which is dumb enough already because why go past store hours. When we went to pickup 2 days later after it finally said delivered - we asked that the box be opened and the employee knew right away it was empty because of how light the box was. Turns out she said it was the second box that day that was delivered my Metro that was missing an Ipad. The delivery picture does not even show in store - it was taken outside and actually shows a different box than the one they delivered. I do not understand why Best Buy continues to use them with such blatant scams occurring and such terrible reviews and service. We even tried asking Best Buy to contact them directly after the first failed delivery to which the customer service reps on the phone said they can only contact through a portal and theres no email or phone number for them.
