PLEASE AVOID! Like many others my money has been taken and no order received despite the company advising it has been despatched!

UPDATE As you can see, as soon as provoked they despatch goods weeks after your order however, unfortunately I don’t know who’s signature that is and have never received.

Ordered a few weeks ago, deliver stated that it would arrive within 5 days, however I have not received it or any updates. I have emailed and commented on their Instagram pages. Still received no reply and they have been deleting my comments asking for help. Do not order here. Scammers.

I ordered two pairs of leggings last week and they came 3 days later and they are amazing! Great for squatting in the gym and love the colours! Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else

I made a purchase of over £100. Order not received in the time givens. Several emails sent to chase and then receive a response saying issue with courier and new parcel sent. Seems to a regular excuse looking through these reviews and still nothing received and no offer of refund

Terrible experience with this company. It's all about the image for them, but when it comes down to actually running a business, they are shocking.

As with other reviews on here, my order never arrived, and I really had to fight to get any sort of response from their customer service. However, they are VERY good at deleting any negative comments left by customers on their social medias.

I had to chase and chase and chase over days to even get a response. They finally said they'd send a replacement order, but then lied to me in saying the replacement was dispatched on a certain day. The item arrived over a fortnight later, and the postage was dated the DAY BEFORE it was delivered. If you are low on stock, just say so and refund me! Don't fob me off with lies, hoping I will go away.

They said the replacement would be sent 'as a gesture of goodwill'. How about: they have taken my money so are legally obliged to give me my goods? That's just one example, but their customer service rep honestly comes across like they have no idea how to deal with customer issues - at one point they responded to an Instagram DM at 10:30pm saying please message in the morning. So I had to take the time to send the exact same message I sent the day before and then got ignored! It was laughably bad.

I had to return items. After 30 days of them signing to receive the return, they still hadn't refunded me. Had to get a refund through my bank.

I complained (using their complaints address listed on their website) about the poor delivery and customer service, and guess what? Completely ignored.

This company is such a mess - they clearly put all their energy into marketing the brand but simply can't back it up with how the company is actually run. Please don't waste your time, energy, and money on this joke of a company.

So disappointed! I have used this brand previously and loved it.

However, I bought 2 pairs of leggings from them on the 16th of December as Christmas presents and only ONE pair arrived on the 21st. Invoice was signed to say that there was meant to be two pairs. I contacted the brand immediately to receive a response saying the order was dispatched to my address. Of course I got frustrated with this as I felt they did not read my original message which stated I have received the parcel but with only one pair. Following this, I got no further response. I messaged them 10 days later to then get a response 3 days later (3rd of Jan) claiming they have sent me a new pair. The tracking number they sent me was for the original parcel (which of course said delivered). I was reassured that a second parcel was indeed on its way regardless of the tracking number I received. I messaged them on the 11th of Jan (8 days later) with still no parcel. I received no response. Another message was sent from me on the 16th (5 days later) to which I got a response the next day. They emailed me claiming that the parcel was indeed shipped out and they would contact the shipping courier to follow up. On the 24th, I messaged the brand again asking for a refund. At this point, it has been over a month. I got the usual message “it is in transit to the following address” ... as I said in my message, is the post man walking? 😤

Would 100% recommend this brand! Definitely the most comfiest gym wear I’ve ever wore! Sooo much more better than the other typical gymwear brands! You’d be daft to go elsewhere!

Good fabric, good prices

I have ordered before and it came very quickly great quality. However I have order my 2nd purchase on 24th of November it's been 15 working days and still no sign.....

Don't purchase from here they rip you off, they got my leggings back on 28th October 2019 they were rubbish and see through so sent them back and still awaiting a refund ! ......

I’ve ordered from merakilo before and it’s been a fairly smooth process. The only downfall is the gym leggings aren’t long lasting and the thread comes loose quite quickly. However, that’s expected with the price. However, I placed a large order of £100 about 3 weeks ago and it’s no where to be found. I keep commenting on merakilo a Instagram posts and they just delete my comments rather than help. When I message them, the only response they have is “it’s on it’s way” but they are no help at all and have offered no compensation or refund of delivery that I paid. Absolutely appalled with the level of service.
