Ordered over a week ago. Received no contact in regards to delivery, or that it has been despatched. Tried to contact Merakilo by email and social media and no response. Reading the other reviews I am now concerned that this is not going to resolved

I ordered since May , I didn't turn up until now due to an error in my address (One number wrong in my postcode..)

Now Merakilo have decided to completely IGNORE me, I have tried emailing them, contacting on Instagram and Facebook and commenting on posts which they have actually been deleting!!

Theres absolutley no way now for me to contact them futher as they don't have a phone number, customer service is absolutely shocking and they don't care!
I even tried contacting the owner on Facebook to try and get help and he even BLOCKED me, how pathetic

plz answer me

I've purchased from Merakilo previously. Didn't find much to complain about: delivered as expected, good price, good quality leggings which did eventually lose the logo and the seam on the waist unravelled but well worn. HOWEVER, I purchased 3 pairs of leggings and selected Standard delivery. That was 8 days ago. Have been overcharged for the delivery (£5.99 instead of the £3.99 I selected) wouldn't have minded if they'd been delivered next day to match the price they'd charged but no. No dispatch email, poor response on instagram when queried what the progress was ("we have emailed you" - I'm still waiting for said email..) and the info email they're passing out suggests upto 72 hours for a response, in which time I imagine I'll have waited another 3 days with still no goods for the money that's left my account. I suggest if you have ordered, look at your consumer rights, ask them to cancel your order and go elsewhere. If you're thinking of ordering: you're likely to end up waiting or out of pocket, paying for a delivery that doesn't meet timescales or goods that you'll likely NEVER see at this rate. Extremely poor in comparison to my first purchase with them. I've left my order number with the review, hoping it might get me a response or some progress.

The Worst company I Have ever had dealings with, firstly my order went ‘missing’ then it arrived and was poor quality so sent them back now I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for a Refund because it’s been ‘lost in courier’. unacceptable, poor customer service, still no further to receiving my refund or an answer as to when when I will receive it.

Amazing leggings! Compressing and squat proof. Service was great and they arrived on time. Will definitely be ordering again!

Still waiting for my leggings had 1 message on Instagram asking if I have received them after telling them I had not.
I tried saying no and have heard nothing since.
So upset with their customer service at Merakilo.Considering it's a UK brand

I have ordered leggings 10 days ago now, still had no dispatch information or no further updates other than my order it confirmed. I have emailed and messaged the instagram page but had no response. Please can someone tell me what’s happening with my order? Order number is 9635

Hello there,
I placed an order last Thursday and have had no communication whatsoever about when the order is going to arrive or if it has been dispatched at all. Today is the last day for Standard delivery.
I emailed to ask about it on Monday and my email was successfully ignored.
No wonder there is no telephone number for the Customer Service..

Can you please advise ASAP?

After finding merakilo, i'll never buy my gym clothes elsewhere, super comfortable, amazing quality and well worth the money.
Really cannot fault any of my purchases and will continue to recommend them to everyone i know :)

Update: just received my leggings and omg they are the best!!! High waisted, hold you in, so comfortable and amazing quality! Yes they were delivered quite late (like 5 days late) but apart from that I highly recommend buying them as they seem very sustainable. Also cheaper than other brands like gymshark and lululemon so that's another plus! 5 stars! I got the black amenity leggings. Incredible

So so quality, long wait times. They definitely overpromise. However, if you're not in a hurry it's mostly just the annoyance of having been deceived that gets to you. Products are reasonable.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY
I placed an order on 2 August 2019 for two pairs of leggings. They said on the site they were on pre-order and would be shipped with express shipping on 9 August 2019.
I still had not received and had no update on 20 August so I emailed their customer support address (no telephone number!). I got a response on 22 August to say they would email me by tracking number and received the leggings the same day - clearly these had been sent out but no update and certainly not on express shipping on 9 August (most likely sent on 20 August once I had complained - maybe they had no intention to send them until receiving a complaint) and only responded to me once they knew the leggings would be there.

Unfortunately the leggings are extremely sheer! Definitely not squat-proof so I filled in the refund option and send them back (postal cost being my own expense). I've had an email on 3 September from one of the team members to say they had received my returned leggings and I could exchange my item!

I sent back that I selected a refund option, not exchange, and would like them to process a refund to my payment card. At this point I've received no further communication despite following up on email and on their Instagram messages.

I'm looking into protection from my bank / credit card if I do not receive the refund back to my payment card!

Received my matching set today of the grape pulse seamless leggings and crop and I loveee them! Delivery was quick and came earlier than I expected! Just in time for my session today. The fabric is so flattering and holds everything in comfortably. Definitely going to be ordering more!

Fantastic clothing range with an excellent range of sportswear and a good customer service with good communication.
Can’t recommend enough

I have worked with merakilo a few times and the vibe is always very chilled but we always got the job done! The gym wear is literally the comfiest and most flattering I’ve ever worn! After having a baby getting back into the gym was daunting, but the leggings always gave me shape and made me feel 100x more confident! I have recommended this brand to so many friends and family!

Bought these a while ago and been wearing them to gym very often! They are really comfy, the material they used is extremely good and the waist band is not too tight it’s perfect, they give your more freedom doing your exercises with the waist band not rolling down. I wear them for cardio and for weight lifting days and in both I never feel uncomfortable ever! The colours are all amazing a bright . I think these are amazing!!

Really good material, comfy and stretchy but don't fall down like other brands I've worn.

I'm so torn. These are so cute. I bought the Amenity leggings in black and marine, and Pulse leggings in grape and admiral. They feel great and are super comfy and flattering when I'm standing, but gosh are they sheer. All the reviews I've seen online said that they're definitely squat proof, but I have to say they are definitely not. If I so much as stick my little butt out, they go sheer. The only one that is even anything approaching squat proof is the Amenity in marine. I bought them in the size recommended to me by a staffer (XS) when I gave them my measurements, plus they are a comfortable fit, so I'll assume it's not because I need to size up. I'm so disappointed, but I suppose that I have no right to be, given the price point. And they are very cute.
