High quality, good fit gym clothes. The shorts and leggings have a good high waste length, they also fit amazingly round the waste, no gaps/ baggy material! Really good quality, soft material... and not see through! Would highly recommend Merakilo 🌟

Recently bought a number of new items of gym wear, the fabric is fantastic at absorbing perspiration whilst keeping me cool and the stretchy quality did not hamper movement at all. My Ts have already had a number of washes and have kept their shape and sheen perfectly. Have already placed an order for more kit 👍🏼

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order on January 5th. Returned all but one item after delayed dispatch, countless Unanswered emails, incomplete order dispatched and they STILL haven’t refunded me the £120+ that they owe me. What’s more the one pair of leggings I actually kept no have almost no logo on it as it’s washed off in the wash. I’ve emailed, messaged and contacted the company countless times (even before lockdown), was promised faithfully in March that a refund had been processed (complete lie) and since then still no refund of the money that they are unlawfully holding onto.
As such, I’m in the process of reporting this company to a consumer rights body and if anyone wanted me to raise their case too, please do let me know as from looking at these reviews I’m not alone in being completely ripped off by Merakilo. I will use some of the examples posted within these reviews to support my case. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION
UPDATE: Reply to Merakilo's response below. You HAVE NOT refunded me - this is categorically untrue as you well know. I have a FULL breakdown of every communication interaction with you and it clearly demonstrates that you haven't refunded me. I will happily provide bank statements to prove that this is the case. Posting your reply below indicates that you have fulfilled your obligation to me as a customer and that I am in the wrong which is absolutely NOT the case. I am STILL waiting for the refund of £120 and am pursuing this case with consumer rights programme You and Yours and Watchdog - as your numerous appalling TrustPilot reviews show, I am not the first person you have ripped off.

Items did not arrive for over 2 months, after wearing the leggings twice, the logo has started to peel off. Definitely not worth it, customer service is unresponsive. Wish I could have got a refund. AVOID.

Ordered a few times over the years and never ever have had problems. Now 3 weeks on waiting for my delivery nothing to be seen. Messaged Instagram and got 1 response last week saying they would give me a 'tracking number' and emailed a few times and no response since.. Gutted as I won't be using this company again even though I've reccomended it too many people..
Following on from your response - yes I finally recieved my package and sent it straight back so will be awaiting a refund. The quality of the leggings have gone down hill too, along with the customer service.

I’ve been a customer of Merakilo for a few years and never had a problem until now. I’ve waited 6 weeks for my order - it was first dispatched and sent to the wrong customer (who was the one who told me she received my parcel, NOT merakilo). I sent several emails regarding this as well as Instagram messages and only had one vague response. I received a text saying my order has been shipped AGAIN and yet, I’m still sat here with no parcel and out of pocket.
I’ve continued to email and send messages but had no response from them whatsoever.
I couldn’t be more disappointed and disgusted with the way they have handled this.

Been over 2 months and haven’t received my order and I’ve been messaging them on their Instagram that’s where they said it’d easiest to get a reply and they started off answering my messages with very vague answers and really dodging the question and now they have been ignoring my dms for over 2 weeks and when I comment on their posts to ask them to reply they delete my comments and don’t reply to anything so I can’t even get a refund spent over £80

Just received my order. There was a slight delay due to COVID-19 but can’t be more happier with my order. Placing another one now, can’t wait for the gyms to open and try all my new goodies out

I placed an order with Merakilo on 29/03/2019 - the original order took months to arrive, I had to go back and forth to try and chase up my leggings and when they eventually did arrive they were 'faulty' they were not at all squatproof as the company claim that their leggings are ... so they offered to exchange them for me.
I returned the leggings, which Merakilo did recieve as I got an email confirming this - but they decided to claim they never recieved the leggings back, then ignored me for months when following up my exchange, I got blocked on Instagram, my comments deleted on social media and my emails completely ignored... I even contacted trading standards and the company STILL refused to resolve my issue!
It's now been over a year and I find it ridiculous that a company that claim 'honesty' to be one of their "core values" can completely disregard customers, they have kept my item and my money and refused to resolve the problem - nothing honest about that ... and there seems to be A LOT of people having similar issues!
Avoid Merakilo at all costs and take your custom elsewhere to a decent brand like Gymshark or Do You Even who actually vaule their customers.
I ordered two items from Merakilo 6 weeks ago and still have not received the item. Firstly I emailed multiple times to request an update but never had a return email. Secondly I used their preferred method of communication which is instagram. The responses I have received back have been generic, I don't think they know where the order is and if it has been shipped yet.
I appreciate that this is a difficult time for any business, but other companies I have ordered from either shut their online shop because they knew they couldn't deliver their service, or kept me up to date if there would be any delays.
Now I have to go through the process of writing a letter of complaint before doing anything else as they have ignored my email asking for a return of my money.

Worst company I have ever brought from online. It has been exactly 6 weeks since I placed my order. I emailed and sent messages on Instagram to Merakilo only to receive a reply three weeks later saying the company had closed down due to Covid19 even though there wasn’t any mention of this on their website. I spoke to Leah on Instagram who told me that my £100 purchase had been dispatched almost two weeks ago now even though on the tracking link this has not been confirmed. I have now contacted my debit card company and will have to wait three months to confirm a dispute of the transaction. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever encountered. 8 weeks after payment including for VIP shipping I have yet to receive any of my order, a tracking number (despite being told it would be shipped almost 3 weeks ago) or any mention of a refund. I had to chase updates from the word go that they had closed their office and were no longer shipping orders despite the fact their Instagram was advertising for ‘lockdown wear’. I spoke to Leah several times regarding the status of my order (all instigated by myself) and have been made to feel as though I was behaving unreasonably by chasing an order which I have now been waiting for for more than 2 months - I have tried to be understanding in my responses but am now being ignored and having to go through my credit card provider for a refund. It’s a shame as my housemate used to be a brand ambassador for their products - absolutely no honesty or integrity in the way they run this business.
