Pearce and toby were great

Transfer of Services cancellation of old supplier

Liam was able to patch me through to our old provider seamlessly this morning to ensure following the move to Meraki we were all on the same page and that no accounts or anything chargeable had been left with our previous supplier in error. His understanding of our account and being able to patch through the call made things easy and much appreciated that I rest assured knowing all the i's have been dotted and the t's crossed

I had a fantastic experience working with Meraki Communications. Despite being a start-up, their level of support, understanding, and professionalism truly stands out.

The team is incredibly flexible and easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Sophie, who was absolutely brilliant throughout — fast, responsive, and extremely understanding. She handled everything efficiently and ensured things were processed quickly without any issues.

Meraki really are here to help

After speaking with Llyod we decided to switch over our phone system from BT to Meraki. Llyod spent hours with us going through everything and even phoned BT for us which was amazing. Not only are they saving us a significant amount of money but Llyod made the whole process so simple. Garrie was lovely over email and set us up with installation. On installation day Andrew spent his time setting everything up for us and going above and beyond to make sure it was all ready and we understood how to work everything. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The Meraki team customer service really is unmatched! Thanks for all your help and really giving us a breath of fresh air after dealing with BT and their lack of everything for so many years.

Excellent experience!

We have recently switched our company phones and broadband over to Meraki Group. The customer service from everyone has been great! Sam and Andrew were exceptional during the installation, so patient with our many questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really went out of their way to make the transition as smooth as possible. Tayla has also been in constant contact and kept us well up to date. Thanks everyone!

Jack was brilliant from start to finish. Sorted our broadband and phone setup quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress free. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

After working with them for telecoms, we decided to switch our IT across as well. The whole process was simple and well managed.

Meraki Communications have been really professional

Meraki Communications have been really helpful in managing our migration of phones and broadband and have dealt with any queries promptly, effectively and professionally.

Very Helpful

Sam Bourne came today to install our new phones and was very helpful in showing us what has changed and going through the functions. He was very pleasant to deal with as soon as he come through the door even after having a long way to travel. No question was to much to ask. Other members of the team that we have dealt with are Garrie, Ben, Taylor and Jasmine who have all been lovely, and very helpful.

Excellent service, thanks to Toby and the crew.

I had an excellent experience with Toby at Meraki. He provided outstanding support while helping me resolve ongoing broadband and phone issues, and his approach was both professional and reassuring throughout the process. Toby took the time to understand the problems properly and ensured everything was handled efficiently.

I was also very impressed with how quickly the engineers were arranged. They responded promptly, worked effectively, and delivered strong results, resolving the issues far quicker than I expected. The overall coordination between Toby and the engineering team was seamless.

I was a little anxious about switching…

I was a little anxious about switching broadband because I'd been with the previous company for ages. But the value I was paying for the price just wasn't worth it. So I was recommended Meraki by a friend. I spoke to Jack and he put me at ease straight away and walked me through all the options. I chuffed that I got the package I did for my price. Unethical practices, technical negligence, and broken promises

A warning to all charities, organisations and small businesses about the deceptive business practices of Meraki Communications. Our experience has been a catalogue of professional negligence and contractual breaches.

Despite conducting a professional site survey, Meraki installed a system that is not fit for purpose. We specifically required a solution for a congregation of up to 450 people, a staff team, and varies clients / events throughout the week; instead, we were sold an underspecified router and too few access points that an independent audit confirmed could never handle the load. Furthermore, the equipment was sold to us under false pretences - promised features simply do not work because the hardware brands are incompatible.

Beyond the technical failure, their business ethics are highly questionable:

• Broken financial promises: They committed to "buying out" our previous provider but have failed to reimburse the fees, effectively holding the settlement figure to ransom.

• Opaque contracting: We were entered into a "split" lease agreement with third-party finance companies (Tower Leasing/Siemens) without transparent disclosure at the point of sale.

• Hidden costs: They omitted critical equipment from the lease and then attempted to charge us extra to resolve the issues caused by their own poor scoping.

• Unauthorized hikes: We have already received invoices exceeding our contracted rate without the required written notice.

This has caused significant operational disruption to our ministry and financial loss to our charity. As such, we have lost all confidence in Meraki and are currently seeking legal action to be reimbursed for the agreed settlement figure, as well as terminate our contract with no exit fees or penalties.

If you value a business partner with integrity, look elsewhere.

We take reviews seriously, particularly when working with charities and faith organisations. We currently support hundreds of charities and religious groups across the UK, and this is the first review of this nature we have received. For transparency to others reading, it is important to clarify the facts.

All equipment and services supplied to Reigate Baptist Church were scoped, quoted, agreed, signed for, installed and delivered exactly as per the contract. Nothing listed in the signed agreement was omitted, substituted, or misrepresented. The network went live and remains in active use.

At the time of sale, the agreed solution consisted of a router and four access points. Additional access points were clearly identified as chargeable extras if required in future, which is standard practice. After installation, further requirements were introduced following advice from a third-party IT consultant. These revised expectations included higher user capacity, additional access points, VLAN configuration and a higher-spec router. These were changes to the original scope, not defects or failures of the supplied solution.

Where additional hardware or upgrades were requested, we provided quotations accordingly. Enhancements beyond the contracted scope cannot reasonably be supplied free of charge, and this applies equally to all clients, regardless of organisation type.

Regarding the router. The router supplied was exactly as specified and agreed. It was not part of the leased equipment, which is why it does not appear on the lease agreement. Requests for a higher-spec router arose only after requirements changed, and this was therefore quoted as an upgrade rather than a replacement.

For clarity around financial and contractual matters, as part of our sales process a consolidation form was reviewed and agreed, clearly explaining how the service agreement and the third-party lease operate, how costs are structured, and how payments are split. This process is in place specifically to ensure transparency and informed decision-making before any contract is signed. We must also state firmly that we would never withhold a previous provider’s settlement “to ransom”. This suggestion is both inaccurate and unfair, and could be damaging to our business. We have already confirmed our willingness to settle the previous provider’s termination fee and have clearly explained how this is treated under our standard terms and conditions. The documentation fee relating to the previous provider buyout was reimbursed as agreed. Any remaining settlement amount forms part of the standard termination calculation should a contract be exited early, as outlined in the signed agreement. This approach is consistent with industry-standard telecommunications contracts and has been communicated transparently throughout.
Multiple site visits were carried out, adjustments made, and options proposed to improve performance, including additional access points and alternative connectivity approaches.

We have consistently remained open to working constructively with the church to reach a practical resolution.

We strongly refute any suggestion of unethical behaviour, deception, or broken promises. The contract was fulfilled in full, services were delivered as agreed, and all recommendations made since installation relate to expanded or revised requirements introduced after the original agreement.

We remain willing to engage professionally and constructively to resolve matters.

We are also fully registered with the Communications Ombudsman and will cooperate fully with any formal review.

For any organisation considering working with us, we encourage direct conversation. We pride ourselves on transparency, clear contracts, and long-term relationships with the charities and organisations we support.
