What’s the point in this internet…
What’s the point in this internet company. The service always goes down, no communication telling us why or when it will be back up. Customer service doesn’t even bother picking up anymore because they know the company is a complete joke.

This company is a joke, no customer service. Not for the first time the internet as been down and customer service have gone AWOL. All we will get is a sorry via an e mail if we are lucky weeks after problem is fixed. Media Force should not be in the business of providing communication at all, on their website they clam 24/7 customer service, you cannot get through via a phone call, twitter account does not exist, last Facebook post was on 6th May. I have had to walk to the fence line, Called and waited for over an hour, not the first time either. Evidence to prove my allegations will be inserted once I work out how to insert photos on an edited post or allowed to create a new post.
I have missed a funeral of a family member which was being streamed. Extremely poor phone signal on camp, means the WIFI is very important. This is not the first time this has happened and when the WIFI stops working they take up to 3/4 days before it is fixed. I have only ever had one advance communication telling me there will be works on the WIFI, but the last 23 times it has dropped out you just have to hope for the best. Working from my room on work lap tops is bad enough, doubt it very much I will be able to attend get online for my course we are doing online. Very unlikely I will be able to do any of my coursework or send in my work, I had to walk and hold my phone up on the fence line to get this review written. FUMING.
I will look to sign up with an outside provider if we are allowed, Media Force! more like Joke Force, I was the only person not on that call after I had promised my family who I have not seen in over 18months that I will be there for support for todays service. I am angry beyond belief. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS. Ask your camp to get a better company in, pay extra for a provider who will provide you with a service that will not drop out 2/3 time every 3 weeks. I feel sorry for the other troops at Bulford Camp, I know I am not alone expressing this frustration, get others to write their reviews, I will chase up how we can look to get a better provider put in the accommodation.
Rip off merchants
How in this day and age can a company get away with this behaviour, they control the connection into our camp so that you cannot get anywhere near the supposed speed that they offer from someone else like sky or bt. You have 2 options, this disgrace of a company or get the lowest speed package available from another company because they won't give them access. Customer service is like trying to find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Spent in total 3 hours on hold this morning and didn't speak to anyone

Non existent customer service …
Non existent customer service be on hold over 1 hour and still no answer. Tried to update my account online and keeps giving custom service messages to update this device. Avoid at all cost

Customer support is non existent. Wifi has gone down for a full accommodation block. Trying to get any assistance via the tools provided hasn’t happened for the past 6 days including the weekend.
Customer support phone number: not answered after 1 hour 30 minutes.
Customer Support Email : nil emails replied to.
Customer Support Chat : Says you are through to someone but not one reply.
This service is used for a lot of military bases and this lack of technical support must be premise to void any contract.
If you look at reviews even wifinity is rated better.

MEDIA FORCE IS REALLY MEDIA FARCE.
Media force should be called media Farce. paid for a connection, set up an account, waited for the temporary password, flashed up on screen then disappeared never to be seen again. I thought I would try and call these people, but they do not answer their phones (person telling me they are sorry for the wait and they will be with me shortly is almost sneering at you so it seems) nor do they send password resets to your registered email address, as I have requested one about 13 or 14 times now and they just dont respond. What an absolute waste of time, better off to leave these cowboys well alone and buy yourself some internet time and a bundled dongle together and connect via that. they claim they are providing a service to HM Forces, well get with the program Media FARCE as you are an insult to the thousands of serving who do a much better job than you everyday......
Where is OFCOM?
They’re charging the blokes £32 a month for internet that is constantly going down. This is 2021 - sort it out.

The WiFi failed to allow devices to be added despite trying to use the Mac addresses manually. They did not pick up the phone screen after 20 mins. Disgraceful service. Would recommend getting more data on their phone and hot spotting to anyone.

Have managed to take this company to the regulator, Ofcom, got a month refund but I was hoping they would clean up their act, unfortunately the service seems worse now than it was before. No one else to use if you want a semblance of speed. Please mediaforce, sort it out!!!
This is the worse company I've ever had…
This is the worse company I've ever had to deal with! They supply "Internet" to MoD bases for people living within the wire. I have spent the last 5 hours on hold to be told "wait for another team to contact you" but this is the 5th time I have contacted them with probably an easy fix on their side.
The MoD need to review their contract and if I could I would not use their service but unfortunately I have no choice.
What is the point of a "24/7" helpline that does not help and to tell you to wait another week for a phone call that will never come.

Absolutely shocking, been over a week with out any WiFi in block at TIDWORTH GARRISON MOOLTAN BRKS, terrible customer service took over 2hrs to get hold Somone all to say “sorry I’m just the switchboard” then hung up!! We’re paying for this service and it’s unacceptable to not even get a phone call back an email or an apology!!

If I could give them less I would, intermittent/no internet constantly. Customer service is practically non existant even though they are apparently 24/7, you email them it takes them a week to reply asking you loads of questions you don't understand unless you are good with tech, or you ring them and get put on hold for over 2 hours but apparently 1st in the queue. Joke company that takes your money for a shoddy service with no compensation.
