14 cents per minute for calling mobile phones in Iran. They raised their prices from 6 cents/minute to 14 cents/minute without notifying customers. Go capitalism.

The service is OK however they change prices by extremely higher margin without they notify you. When we call to talk to someone no one is there to answer your questions, but connection is good.

Very expensive
14 cents per minute for calling mobile phones in Iran.
They raised their prices from 6 cents/minute to 14 cents/minute without notifying customers. Go capitalism.

Unfortunately, we had to increase our rates due to local operators' decisions in Iran. Whenever our costs decrease, we will instantly decrease our rates.

Maybe it was the last credit buying for us and i want to change our company to another which is more reasonable.
we have to call 3 or 4 times for connecting and after that during the talking it become disconnected! I think it is not true based on your advertisement which your rate and quality is one on the bests!
I hope that you work on these important issues that in the competition word about your business one unsatisfied customer omit more that thousand future customers!

Overall TamasBaVatan is good. But Sad that it got expensive and not competitive anymore.
The raised price of calling will definitely influence in my next purchase. In terms of Quality and Reliability, I can not rely every time on TamasBaVatan. Sometimes the call quality is good. And sometimes it does not let me even to call. The noise, the unwanted line disconnect and call rejection is another drawback that I experienced. I like the KeepCalling App and the caller ID concept but I once again as I said above I wish it had a better line reliability.
Hope this review can change something.

Not too bad
The call quality is usually good. The only complain I have is the promotion coupon would not be applied when I have auto recharge. It would be nice to apply the promotion automatically for people who have auto recharge

you increased the rate of calls to my home 200% w/o advance notice
we noticed as of April 4th 2015 any call we make to Iran has bee double the charges
e.g 3.9 c to 7.8
4.9 to 9.8
5.9 to 11.98
we are not satisfied and we are shopping around for better rate to switch our long distance. thanks

I recommend this company.
The quality of call is excellent so that sometimes I forget that I am making a long distance call. The only complain is regarding the rates which is higher than some other companies that I use their service.

I call Iran all the time and thus the cheapest way for me to call I enjoy using it it because I don't have to call anyone I can just buy the time but I need online and that is very convenient for me
