Very poor! Only internet option available in area and they treat you exactly that way. Knowing you haven’t got an alternative option. Terrible customer service.

Terrible service, if service at all.
Our only option on base for reliable contact with family, due to barely any mobile/4G signal in the blocks.
Contacted them numerous times over the last few months, and you get the same run-around asking for your details, and to do a ping test.
I was told by one of the phone operators that they are understaffed and that's why they're struggling to get anything fixed, props to someone for actually admitting fault.
Still no refund though...

Poor company, poor customer service been waiting two months for a issue to be fixed yet the agents on the phone or online read of a script and don't understand the problem. Do not use them. You can and should get BT in the accommodation. Don't forget all the company's run of the BT infrastructure.
Business Model = Military Exploitation. An expensive waste of time.
Rarely works, but fully aware they have a monopoly on military sites so little care is given. You’ll pay through the nose, get rubbish service and have little opportunity to resolve this.
Their customer service is non-existent. Not only hard to contact, but painfully slow to respond with even basic information. Absolutely woeful.

4 weeks with no service, constant phone calls, emails and complaints. One lying operator claimed 2 days ago that they weren’t aware of any problems on our camp! I and many others have had enough, no entertainment, social media or FaceTime home to my family who live 400 miles from my place of work, never mind the poor sods having to self isolate in their rooms! Looking elsewhere now and will be demanding my £24 back for last 4 weeks.
Completely unacceptable service at the dearest price pm in comparison to far better providers. I doubt I will be the last to leave within the coming days and weeks.

I have had media force for years and…
I have had media force for years and due to lack of signal had no choice but to take their packages. I’ve had so many issues over the years with WiFi dropping out, ridiculously low speeds (when paying for full package), poor customer service, communications and lack of empathy. I would have paid more for another more reliable company.
To give context - I pay for £25 a month for ‘up to 25Mbps’. I have a few devices (laptop, phone etc). On most days I’m lucky if I get 5Mbps on any device. Complained over and over. It’s not just myself that has this issue. Always the same answer. We’ve reset the router. Please reset all devices and try again. No mention of refund. Even when the WiFi was down for 5 days they did say everyone could have £5 but you had to ring up, wait 45 minutes to get through and ask for it.
If you have any other option take it. I clicked the review button I was sent and it came up with Wifinity not media force.

Had been trying to contact regarding a ticket raised earlier in the week that is still an issue in order to provide further information. I was on hold for over an hour. Shortly after noting this, the line disconnected me. For a service that claims their available "24 hours a day, 7 days a week" this is simply unacceptable.
They have also straight up ignored and not responeded to any emails I have sent them.
This is such a shame, because for over four years, I have rarely had an issue with their service. However, this customer service experience has been disgraceful and I am certain that the only reason they get away with this is because they're contracted and the Forces can't be rid of them. Many people are paying them an extortionate monthly subscription for a service they are failing to provide.
I posted this exact review on their facebook page and it was removed within minutes.
Eventually I got through to a representative from their parent company, Optify, and spoke to a lovely chap called Graham who took my issue seriously and promised to raise it with the relevant managers.
Media Force are acceptable until there is a problem. Avoid, if possible. If impossible, follow up your issues with their parent company.

Where to start??! WiFi has been dodgy for months without anyone sorting the issue. After repeated calls and messages the issue has only gotten worse.

Poor connection and very bad costumer service. I have to be on phone for 3 hrs just to tell them we are having issues with wifi which they fixed after 3 weeks but still charges full month money.

It’s a shame I had to give any stars, this service is unreliable and unhelpful, the customer service is non existent and the complaints departments never respond to you. To say this is a service is laughable! It would would be nice if they provided one
Worst provider ever
They charge roughly the same as the proper Internet providers, yet you can guarantee that the Internet will be down every month for a few days. They still take the money without any offer of refund. The military needs to get rid and give us somebody who can provide quality service. I'd have given 0 stars if possible. They need to catch up to this century.
Just keep in mind Mediaforce, the men and women you are supposed to provide a service for are away from their loved ones and rely on you to keep in touch with them. How dare you treat the military like this. Shame on you. Give us quality or sod off.

Their costumer service is excellent fantastic and wander full that they can’t do anything except than saying sorry.
Lets not mention about the repair and maintenance !! how long did it took to build burj khalifa 6 years!! just 6😂 but media force will be repairing and maintaining through out the life time.It will not stop its never gonna stop n should not stop .if they start providing good service than you will have no reason to break-off, miss appointments , miss every little things you love to do and makes you happy. even your frustration limit will cross n you start laughing at the end 😭😩😭
I thought i was as good lier i started lying since i was born but i am so great-full today that Media force have surpassed me. They text me a message that internet will start working
in 30 mins but it is still not working and now i m 25 years old. Good job well done keep it up. may you improve more all the best👎👎👎

Poor connection to the point when you can't even stream media.
Customer services are impossible to get through to and on the off chance you end up speaking to someone they're less interested and less qualified to deal with any problems you have.

Worst broadband provider ever. They have no problem taking your money but provision of services is truly appalling. Having to wait for ages when calling them up on a “24/7” customer services helpline only for the call to get dropped. Their self-help services on the website is no different.

Had issues on and off with media force for months until this weekend just passed the issue has been completely on for the entirety of the weekend as the wifi has been down.
I emailed them about it and some taint called Dale said they apologise for the inconvenience and that he hopes they can get me online soon. 2 days later, still nothing.
It’s a shame there’s no company out there willing to compete against these clowns, if there was competition, mediaforce would lose a lot of customers if not all of them.
Horrendous customer service
Wifi has been down for days, so many people have rang through to them, they claim to be 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
They’re obviously lying as no one has got through to them. Not only that but they don’t reply to emails, it’s almost as if no one actually works there.
This morning I’ve rang through and their automated robot has said that the wifi not working is a third party fault and will be sorted by Monday. I’m not wifi expert or anything but I feel as though they know exactly what the problem is and they’re just not being very transparent with us, saying it’s a third party fault that they can’t do much about is very strange.
This kind of thing would not happen with a civilian company. They would’ve had it sorted right away. It’s been down for days now and I can almost guarantee no apology, no refund for days lost or even the business improving the customer service.
The problem with businesses like this is that they have got the contract with the army on this camp, and it gives us no choice on what provider we want. It means we’ve got no choice but to pay them.
It’s £32 a month for the fastest wifi option.
And because they’re the only option they can get away with terrible customer service.
Take their trust pilot, if you had a couple of options, you’d never heard of them before such as media force and Wifinity for example.
You would look them up, ask people for experiences or look on this website at them.
Wifinity’s trust pilot is a million times better. Having the choice to go with them. You probably would, but In this camp you only get the one terrible choice and there is nothing you can do about it but get shafted by terrible internet and customer service.
It’s very clear that they know they can take advantage of us. And they very much are.
The worst customer service
WiFi drops out for days on end. The 24/7 customer service is non existent. Over the last 2 days I have spent more than 3 hours on hold and still not managed to speak to anyone.
A company with no competition and poor customer service is just ripping off its customers.
We very rarely see the download/upload speeds that we pay for but as we can’t leave for another provider, Mediaforce are just laughing at us.
