This is the worst internet provider I have ever used, my wifi has been down for nearly two weeks, and 4 emails later and a 20 minute phone call where i was told to wait for a call back there has been no response, no engineer come round to try and fix the problem and no wifi, I will now try and get my money back for the service I have paid for which will no doubt be a nightmare once again. Do not use media force, it’s does not help the armed forces it has completely mugged me off, I will be paying an alternative provider to come and install me some wifi

£25 a month for rubbish service
I pay £25 a month for Internet that is slow by modern standards, and I experience outages very often. This service is terrible.
Horrendous Service
Have been having issues for a few weeks now with connection constantly dropping out. Have phoned multiple times and have been told that I will get a call back. Never get a call back. Emailed them, and after waiting 4 days finally got a reply asking what was wrong, even though I specified what was wrong in the email. Still haven't had a word back since.
I will be going to the Ombudsman soon if it isn't resolved soon. I recommend everyone having unresolved issues do the same.

This ISP is soo bad and I don't understand why MOD is still keeping a contract with them. The only reason I we are using this is that we have no other option and we are forced to use it.

Worst ISP.
The worst Internet Service Provider I have ever used. Corrupt, massively overpriced, incompetent support staff that take days to respond, poor service with frequent periods of no service for days at a time, no offer of refunds for failing to provide a service, blame outages on outside parties but can never confirm who these are or what the issue actually was, thievery, multiple data protection breeches and no responsibility for own actions.
The company only operates because they have contracts which give them a monopoly of infrastructure in certain areas and prevent other companies from operating. Absolute scum!
Customer service is almost as poor as WiFi network.
Recently moved in to an accommodation block which is only supplied by mediaforce. Consistent outages for days, and sometimes weeks at a time. Even with phonecalls from everyone living inside and still Mediaforce refuse to recognise a problem with the WiFi.

Intermittent service with no explanations
Genuinely terrible, service outages on a weekly basis and sometimes near-daily. With no explanations given for the outages, your complaints will fall on deaf ears and refunds will cost you more time and effort than is worth it. I only use it because it is the option that is forced onto you but I won't stand for poor quality anymore.

This is starting to get boring, exasperating and another example of how awful this company is.
Yet again MediaFarce is down in Bulford… no college work this eve or Netflix for me, but it’s becoming a norm and starting to get used to the omni-shambles that is the world’s worst internet provider. Genuinely had better connectivity on operations!

Awful service
The WiFi has gone down six times in the last three weeks since my arrival at bulford for anywhere between 24 to 72 hours but won’t be reimbursed any money. Shocking service and massively
Overpriced and doesn’t seem to have improved since the last time I was posted to a Garrison where this provider is the only option. Trying to get through to customer services is an absolute joke and would appreciate if any of the media force “support team” monitors this, then they leave a comment and get in touch. Baffled by how a company has got away with this for so long or how they manage maintain a military contract.
Consistently Terrible
I have been a customer to media force for over a year now. In that time I have experienced at least 11 incidents where the WiFi has been down. Often for days at a time without explanation. Consistently terrible and unclear customer service that ends up with an “apology” email that appears to have been written by a child. Very poor website and very overpriced for the service/WiFi you receive. Lads in the block; just get your own router. Do not buy into this waste of time.

Wifi constantly not working and it takes days just to resolve. For the money they charge, you would expect fast and reliable wifi but that is not the case.
Never seen a more useless provider
First off, can't rate at 0 stars, otherwise I would.
Probably the worst internet I have ever seen. Prisoners literally do have better internet (seriously, ask a prison guard).
Over the COVID period, their internet has just gotten worse and worse. For nearly 1.5year now I have had to deal with 15-25% constant packet loss (For those who don't understand what this means, I can barely load a 360p youtube video). Throw on top of that the entire camp downloading Warzone updates and boom, you can't even listen to a song without it constantly buffering, let alone get in touch with your own family via skype/zoom etc.
I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this provider on camps. They have probably the worst customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with, still owe me over 15 "We'll call you back"s.
For those wondering, you can talk to your accommodation cells and get them to register your block with Royal Mail. This allows you to use other providers (usually contracts though).
Let it be known to the public that the majority of the armed forces in the UK is tied in to this awful company if we live in.
