Ordered a few bits from McSport and delivery was very prompt, partially delivered over two days but that was fine as I wasn't in a rush. I discovered that one set of the dumbbells I ordered were slightly damaged. After contacting customer service, I was quickly looked after and the issue was rectified.
I would have no problem shopping with this company again!

Recently bought a squat half rack from McSports. Very reasonable price and delighted with the product, delivery
(great packaging) and overall service from them. Had a small issue with one of the J hooks which was too narrow but after calling over to the showroom I received an immediate replacement without any hassle at all. Excellent customer service from anyone I spoke with there. Highly recommend McSports.

I have bought several items from McSport over the last year and have dealt with Yatin. Yatin is extremely conscientious and very helpful . He always replies immediately and makes an effort to make the process as seamless as possible .

Got speaking with Yatin for my initial enquiry and he was most helpful in putting a number of pieces of Exercise Equipnent for our Group for my Order.
Enquired about an order a number of months ago, and followed up when our Group were sanctioned with a Grant.
Had to return a few items and purchased alternative pieces. Swap arrangement agreed and 1st class prompt Courier service for both deliveries.. will definitely deal with McSport for future requirements.

Had to make an amendment to an order at the last minute before it shipped. Akshay had my extra item added and invoiced within minutes.

Akshay was very helpful on sorting out a missing box from DPD.
MC SPORT dispatched the product very quickly initially but a box went missing in the DPD depot.
After a week with great help from Akshay this was sorted

I ordered a 24 KG kettlebell and it came with a crack on the horn due to the fact that DPD dropped it. I contacted Support and UPON 5 minutes!! Literally 5 mins, a new kettlebell was coming my way!

Akshay was an amazing help to me as he resolved the query with lighting speed!
