Once the initial email was picked up the service was very quick and effective.

I recently ordered a small set of 6kg dumbbells from McSport about a week ago and when it arrived I discovered that a small resistance band was missing. I have since received great customer care and support in all my emails with Akshay and the missing resistance band arrived promptly via DPD on the very next day. As an added surprise the package also contained a 2nd resistance band inside. It was a very kind gesture and I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate to order from McSport again in the future as they have a very good range of products to choose from and they also have been a great company to deal with.

I wanted to change the item that I bought. And he walk me through the process smoothly. He was clear with the information and he is reassuring.

Delivery is on track!
Once the purchase change was complete. I got the call from delivery guy. I missed it though. So I have to wait for a day. But all is well. Got the item in perfect condition.

Good Product
Able to use the treadmill immediately, though the setup takes a while. But happy with it so far.

Recently bought a table tennis table, there was a slight issue which Akshay in customer service handled so professionally. Really prompt reply and great service.

Recently bought a 40kg Hammertone Dumbell set, however I received a 30kg Dumbbell set instead. I was dealt with Akshay who was very professional and offered me a refund for the difference. I am very happy with my experience with McSport and will use them again in the future.

Very friendly greeting and introduced themselves, which I like to know a persons name when I call, very helpful and very efficient,
I received my proforma on email when I ended the call, so quick!

Had an issue with an item damaged in transport. Akshay got it sorted out for me very quickly with minimal hassle. Very pleased with the levels of service.

Items purchased for a home gym upgrade. Since the items were on list of bulky items we wanted to arrange delivery for a week I knew I would be there to receive. Phillip and Kerri were a pleasure to deal with and order was easily placed over the phone where details were taken for deliery time frame and order put on hold in warehouse to be released for that week.

Slightly left down by the delivery company but once communicated to the team at McSport, work was completed behind the scenes and delivery arrived on time.

Products are of high quality and quiet reasonably priced.
