I came to Istanbul at the beginning of May and it was the best decision I have ever made. The staff, not only at the hospital but at the hotel are amazing. The service I received was better than I ever expected. The care during and after was more than I could have asked for. Nurse havva and Dr Tuna Turkman did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Now almost 6 weeks post op I feel and look the best I ever have. Thank you all so so much!

I am currently 2 weeks post-op from having a revision rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. The nurses at the hospital were kind and provided great care. There was always a nurse who could speak some English which helped with any language barriers.

Dr. Tuna Turkmen and his team provided high-quality care before, during, and after the procedure. Before the surgery Dr. Turkmen listened to what I wanted and explained what needed to be done to achieve these results. I was unsure on what size I wanted for my implants and I was told that he would decide during the procedure which would best fit my body and size, and they look perfect and suit my body perfectly. He also came to check on me when I had woken up, even though it was late at night, which I really appreciated. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish, from reassuring me and making sure I understand everything with my aftercare too. I am currently so happy with my results from both procedures.

My patient co-ordinator was Zehra, who took me to and from the hospital and my appointments. She was so lovely and always made sure I had everything I needed, as well as checking in on me to make sure I was okay after my surgery. She has also always been at the end on the phone since arriving home with any questions that I've had. I can't thank her enough for her reassurance and support through the process.

Nurse Havva was also amazing. She came to check on me immediately after returning back to the hotel after the surgery and explained all my aftercare in detail. She was always there if I needed anything and would answer any questions I had.

The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff were amazing, they were always willing to help with anything they could.

After having a poor experience with a rhinoplasty and the aftercare in the UK, I was sceptical about going through another procedure. But my experience with Maya Medical was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it at all. I would recommend this company and Dr. Tuna Turkmen to anybody looking into getting cosmetic surgery and would return here in the future if I was getting any other procedures.

Had my breast augmentation back in November 2022. I was very sceptical at first but once I’d found a couple of ladies who had amazing results and were happy to answer my questions. I reached out to Maya medical. And I’ll never look back! I’m over the moon with my results and worth every penny. Even now after nearly 6 months post op, if I have any questions I know the amazing nurse Havva will be there for me. I cannot rave about Nurse Havva enough, she took me and my partner around Istanbul pointing out the best places to visit, she even took me for a much needed hair wash to a lovely Turkish salon. My surgeon was Dr Horoz. He knew exactly what was right for my size and frame. His team are so helpful and kind. There was a very slight language barrier within the hospital stay but nothing that would get in the way. The transfers from airport to hotel to also hospital are very luxurious and comfortable. The hotel is stunning, and staff there are helpful, especially one man in particular Cem so helpful and attentive. So kind and genuine. Unfortunately I didn’t get my second deposit back from the hotel for some unknown reason. Nonetheless my new boobs are incredible and I’m so happy I took the plunge after years of wanting them done. Dr Horoz has changed my life. They’re so comfortable and natural just as I wanted.

You hear some horror stories about surgery’s abroad and I can honestly say I’ve never raved about something more positively since having my boobs done with Maya. I flew out in March to Istanbul from Edinburgh after doing continued research since September/October last year. I spoke with Dilara first who ensured I knew everything about the surgery and all that was included, she genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. After sending my images over she told me on what the surgeon had advised on what I’d need done, again any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly. I finally got booked in for June and when I requested for it to be brought forward to March they accommodated that with no issues. Leading up to the surgery date I was sent all the information I needed and was then reached out to by the lovely Yagmur, she would be me meeting me during my transfers and taking me to and from the hospital. I was greeted at Istanbul airport with the transfer team who dropped me at my hotel, it was absolutely stunning and the next morning Yagmur met me in the lobby and took me to the hospital which was only a 15 minute drive away. The staff there were so welcoming and helpful, I felt safe and well looked after. My surgeon Dr Horoz then met with me and we chatted about what size I wanted but he did advise on what would be best for my body which I really respected and appreciated. Within 20 minutes of our chat I was then wheeled off and and later woke up with my new boobs. The rest of the experience was honestly faultless, spent the night at the hospital to ensure I was ok and the next 4 days were spent in the hotel. My nurse Havva came to visit to check on me, she again was lovely and made sure I was doing well. Following this Yagmur came by and kept in regular contact, we went out a walk to see the sights of Istanbul, she felt like a friend and we even had lunch together. Where else would you get this service?? Anyone who has their hesitations I totally get it, flying abroad for such a big surgery will always seem daunting but when you’re well looked after and know you’re dealing with 5* service all the worries will go away. Before flying back home I met with Dr Horoz one last time for a final check up, he said everything looked great and gave me some advise on what to do during the healing process. Since being home I’ve been checked up on several times and any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly, I’m delighted with my new boobs and have never felt more confident. I’m 27 and have wanted this since I was 18, a genuine dream come true and I bought my first bikini last week. Had a cry to myself in the mirror because I can’t believe I now have boobs I’ve always wanted ❤️ thank you for everything xxxx

I recently visited Maya Medical for a breast uplift with implants, being my first surgery I was extremely nervous and scared, after being in close communication with Maya medical and speaking with my patient coordinator Yagmar I felt a lot more comfortable and calm, I was thoroughly spoken to about everything, all questions answered and reassured with everything that I needed to know. When I arrived in turkey I was greeted with 5* service from beginning to end, from the private transfers, to the most beautiful hotel. On the day of surgery I was introduced to all the nurses at the hospital that would be looking after me, they were all very lovely and accommodating with regular check ins and on hand with anything that you needed, I was accompanied with Yagmar at the hospital, she did not leave my side, she was such a lovely person, constantly checking on you asking how your feeling, giving you all the reassurance that you needed, we done nothing but laugh and she made me feel very content, everything was explained on how the surgery would go and what I would expect during my recovery time once I met with the surgeon Dr Horoz, he was the most loveliest doctor I have ever been in company with, very kind and had a very calming nature about him, once meeting with him I was completely fine and excited to go down to surgery. I was brought back to the hotel where I would stay for my remaining time and was looked after by the most amazing women - nurse Havva. I can not put in to words the amount of effort, time and care that this women puts in to her patients. Daily check ins, on hand when you need or want something and generally there for comfort, she has a very loving nurturing sense about her and made you feel like you were at home. Since being home I have had regular check ins with Yagmar and Havva, regular photos to check in on how you are healing and how your getting on being back home. I’ve been blown away with how high of standards this company holds and I could not fault them with anything. 5* is not enough. Thank you all so much for everything and I hope to see you all soon.

I have been wanting to do my breast augmentation for the last 5 years but have been really scared. I looked at a few place in london over the last year but then was recommended Maya medical by a friend. We decided to book together to make the process a bit easier and have moral support for one another. Once we got in contact with the Maya Medical or consultant told us all the information we needed to know and really reassured me everything would be okay. I would message the consultant so much and she would always reply me no matter the time and was really sweet and understanding and just kept on letting me know I was in safe hands. Once we arrived to Turkey we was transported to a beautiful hotel. It was 5* and such a lovely room, and then the next day taken to the hospital to have our surgery. It was a very quick and easy process. We was introduced to our doctors and all the nurses that would be looking after us, I must say that all the nurse on the ward where sweet, kind and so attentive. My breast are still healing but I am super happy with them. I have daily check up with my nurse over what’s app now I am back and everything has been amazing so far. I visited maya medial in February for a mummy makeover I was so nervous and scared but after meeting my surgeon dr ugur horoz he made me feel so at ease he was so lovely all the nurses at the hospital was so lovely and willing to do anything to help make you feel better, the hospital and hotel was both clean and so nice then going back to the hotel after the surgery nurse havva was amazing.
After coming back to the uk they message to make sure your getting on ok ask for photos to see your progress I am so happy with my body now and the whole experience was Amazing I couldn’t recommend them enough they are the best! Xxx

So I am 1 week post op from having a rhinoplasty through Maya medical. My patient coordinator was Dilara who was so lovely she put my mind at ease and was so helpful during the booking process she went above and beyond, we also explored some of Istanbul together also which was so amazing. I also had nurse havva who is a brilliant nurse very calm and helpful and helped me with all my after care and prescriptions any questions I had she answered. I recently had a breast augmentation at Maya Medical in Istanbul. From start to finish the experience was amazing. I was apprehensive travelling to turkey however the service was unreal, I cannot fault it! All the staff and nurses were amazing, my surgeon Dr. Ugur Horoz was able to recommend the perfect size implant for me. I am beyond happy with the results and will continue to recommend to anyone looking to get cosmetic surgery!

You always hear of horror stories and loads of your friends and family will tell you not to go to Turkey for surgery but if you go with Maya they couldn’t be more wrong.

I did my research. I’m a medical professional myself and I went to consultations in the UK and spoke to a lot of companies in Turkey. I wanted to make sure that I was doing the right thing. I left a UK consultation in tears and a lot of the coordinators from other companies just wanted you to pay a deposit. I was anxious about going abroad for surgery, but then I came across maya. From the start they cared more than any other company including the UK ones. Dilara answered every question I had no matter how stupid it was. This went on for months, I needed to make sure I was doing the right thing, she cared about my health and that surgery was safe for me more than sending over a deposit, that was the last thing that I did. Dilara was on hand at any moment for me to have a wobble about booking and in constant contact with myself and surgeon. If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have had the surgery. She made sure that my medical conditions did not pose a risk for surgery, even down to IBS.

I was quoted £10k + for an uplift and reaugmentation in the UK and it came with nothing else, at maya it was £4k with everything included. I could afford the UK price but I couldn’t compare the communication I had between the UK secretary’s and Dilara. Dilara just cared more and felt like everything was more thorough to ensure my safety throughout the procedure.

So the lead up to my surgery I was put in touch with Yagmur, my client coordinator, she is the kindest and most caring lady you could meet, nothing was too much for her, I was so anxious about the surgery and she was there to reassure me at every step. She arranges your transport, your hotel, translates, is there during the consultations she makes you feel like you are the only client they have ever had, even though you can tell she has so many other things to do.

Being medical I worried about my safety, this is their priority, I had blood tests an ecg, I met the assistant doctor, all the nurses the anaesthetist all before my surgery, they all made me feel very reassured.

I had my surgery with Dr Horoz, what he has done is incredible, he did what he could with my 15 year old 500cc saggy stretched boobs, I questioned the size as they feel small (that’s probably just because I’m not used to them though) and he answered everything I needed to know, he’s even offered to keep in contact regarding the size and if I want to increase them again I can in the future but from his explanation I wasn’t an easy fix, I trust he has done what he could.

Then there is Havva, your nurse who takes you back to the hotel. She is kind and compassionate, but also knows her stuff. She visits you daily to help you recover, she noticed the day after surgery that one of my wounds was not healing as it should be and that day sent me to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, then again the next day. This extra cost was covered by the company. I honestly believe without her, if I had been at home I would have been unaware things weren’t healing the way they should and it probably would have gone badly. Having had a breast augmentation in the Uk you do not get this level of aftercare following your surgery. Havva and Yagmur were in constant contact with me to help me mentally and physically recover. Yagmur met me at 7am to go to the oxygen therapy and waited for 3 hours whilst I had the treatment.

Dilara came to visit me on my last day and check I was ok. The three ladies are honestly the kindest and most caring people I’ve met, I cannot thank them enough. They will do absolutely anything to ensure you are safe and happy.

The hotel is amazing, it’s 5 star quality, my husband came with me and enjoyed swimming and gymming, the staff are kind and not judging. My husband now says I am never having surgery in the uk, due to the care and treatment I received from Maya.

The nurses and the assistant doctor at the hospital are lovely, they check you throughout the night and make you feel like you are in safe hands. The hospital is clean and feels very secure.

I cannot thank the people I have mentioned enough and do not have anything negative to say about this whole experience.

Maya medical left me with a botched body. The surgeon didn’t take off the old nipple when he did my breast lift. Which left me with two half moon shape of nipple under the “new” nipples.
As well as put in huge implants even though I asked to keep my breast size, if not slightly smaller.
He made me look deformed with the lipo by only taking fat on each side but left the middle of my stomach and love handles, so now my insecurity areas is much more in focus. I also had a bbl, but is left with a completely square butt with indentations.

Maya medical keep lying about information and the medical records is not even complete nor correct. Its very concerning to me.

Maya medical takes no responsibility and have no wish to fix what they did. As the contract also says. But they only give you the contract to sign when they roll your bed down to the surgery, when you’re already on medications.

To whoever is reading this, don’t trust this company, take care of yourself. They have very kind and professional staff…. until they have your money.

Of course I’ll not put any trust in a surgeon who couldn’t care less about my wishes and decided while I was asleep on the operation table to give me huge breasts because HE thinks it will look better. And let’s not forget to mention that he gave me four nipples, This is absurd.

I really can’t recommend the clinic enough. I traveled by myself and the staff made me feel so safe and made everything incredibly easy for me. I love the result and I would definitely go again for other procedures.

I went for the procedure in February this year and it was a positive experience. I was collected from the airport arranged as part of the package and dropped at the hotel. I was greeted by Yagmur an English speaking interpreter the next morning, who translated between myself and the staff at the hospital.
The nurses gave pain killers when asked promptly for the next day or 2 after the op and dressings were changed regularly by the hospital nurses.
On discharge, the nurse Havva provided aftercare in the hotel with removal of the drains and lymphatic drainage massage. She also provided the medications and dressings I requested. As a healthcare professional, I can recommend her 100%, not only in the hotel but once home, she contacted me regularly to give advice.
Yagmur who was my interpreter, provided a medical discharge letter from the hospital in English electronically once I was home I requested.
I am now 5 weeks post op and am happy with the results. I would recommend Maya Medical and Dr Ugar Horoz who performed the surgery 100%.

I have just arrived home from having breast uplift and implants with Maya and I have to say they exceeded my expectations! This was something I wanted for a very long time and I never considered having it done abroad until I came across Maya, The outcome of my surgery couldn’t have been better I had absolutely no complications and my pain after was literally minimal nothing like I expected! The care I received before during and still now after surgery was outstanding better than any care I’ve ever received back home in the uk and I have never felt more comfortable and at ease this was my first ever surgery so I was extremely nervous and by the time I was going into surgery I was no longer nervous everyone went above and beyond to make sure I knew I was in the best hands. My surgeon Dr Ugur has literally changed my life the man is amazing at what he does and I’m so glad I put my trust in him! My coordinator Melisa who took care of me from start to finish was the most lovely caring women she was always on hand whenever I needed her and made me feel so comfortable! Nurse Havva who took care of me back at the hotel was the best nurse I’ve ever met she doesn’t take any chances and makes sure you are 100% well at all times. I wanted my bandages checked and Havva was there within 10 minutes of me messaging her, she explained to me everything I needed to know about caring for myself at home and will still be on hand over the phone now that I am home. The hospital was spotless and nurses where literally on hand within seconds if you needed them. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms where comfortable and clean! Overall my experience was 10/10 I couldn’t think of any complaints! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Maya medical for my surgery and if you are considering Maya do it!!!

My experience with Maya was amazing. At first I was a bit skeptic about having surgery outside my country but when I got in touch with the Maya staff I knew I was making the right choice. Besides the amazing price for the package Maya provided me with the best experience I could ever ask for a plastic surgery. I didn’t have to worry about transportation because they provide a VIP transfer, they put you in a luxurious hotel and a beautiful hospital with really good nurses. My coordinator Melisa was always available, kind and caring, she made me feel calm before and after my surgery, answering all my questions and comforting me when I felt anxious before the surgery. The nurse Havva took care of me at the hotel and made all the instructions about medication and drugs clear. The women at Maya are really wonderful, they are capable to make a bond with you.
I can’t find a single thing to criticise, the results are amazing, the staff was available and qualified, the hotel and the hospital just stunning. I’m recommending Maya to all my friends so I can go back to see Melisa and the staff as soon as possible!

Maya medical arranged everything so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Havva the nurse is the most incredible woman. Her care for patients is outstanding.

From the start maya exceeded my expectations. After having surgery done 10 years ago in the uk I was unsure what to expect but the service was way above what I received here previously. Dilara was very helpful and answered any questions I had prior to my surgery. Yagmur and Melissa dealt with us whilst we were in turkey and we’re both so lovely, they checked in on us constantly.
