I can’t put into worlds how amazing this clinic is! Made me feel so comfortable and at ease as this was my first ever surgery! The amazing Dr Ugur has truly changed my life for the better, and the most amazing nurse Havva always there when I need her to make sure I was okay even now I’m back home. I can’t thank you all enough for this life changing experience❤️ I will be back

After researching many different companies for the uplift and reduction surgery that I have always wanted, I made the big decision to go with Maya Medical. When I say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made, I mean it!
They were fast at responding to any questions I had, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Even after I paid the deposit, they kept in regular contact.
I arrived at Istanbul airport and advised them that I had arrived, they told me where to go for my covid test and had a luxury transport ready for me and my companion.
We arrived at the hotel which was beautiful and were welcomed with warm cookies. The results to my covid test came more or less straight away so don't worry about that.
The rooms were large and comfortable and I was informed of my pick up time for the hospital upon arrival.
I got to the hospital and things happened very quickly but everyone there was so lovely and reassuring! I met with my surgeon Dr Ugar Horoz who easily could have taken more money from me as I wanted implants too, he assured me that this wouldn't be needed as I had enough muscle tissue to get the same results without. Shortly after, I was taken into surgery where I was extremely nervous and he could see this but he was so calming and before I knew it, I was waking up from surgery with my lifted and reduced breasts!
I was regularly checked on by the staff and provided with plenty of pain relief, they really could not do enough for you.
The next day I was discharged and returned to the hotel. I had daily checks with nurse Havar who again was just the best! She helped me take my first shower and drove us to our final check up with Dr Ugar Horoz.
Since returning home, I have been in regular contact with Havar and she replies instantly, she also provided all the medication for me and reserve medication/creams just incase.

I HONESTLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!

After a lot of research and speaking to multiple companies I decided to go with Maya Medical for breast augmentation surgery at the beginning of feb. I am so so happy I made the decision to go with Maya, I can't fault a single thing. From the initial booking to arriving in Turkey. Everything was so easy and simple. I travelled alone, so I was very nervous but nurse Havva reassured me and was there every step of the way. She is amazing! Any questions i had, she answered straight away, she came to see me multiple times after surgery and is still checking on me now. I am so happy with my results, i can't believe how tiny the scars are just after 2.5 weeks. If you are thinking about booking, do it.

I went to Istanbul to do my breast uplift with implants. I was very anxious about it. Maya was in touch with me during the hole process. starting with the accommodation at the hotel, which was all very clean and luxurious. On the day of the surgery, they came to pick me up to do the preoperative exams and everything went well. always accompanied by an assistant who spoke English. after the surgery I had a complication with the right side of my breast due to a circulation problem.
It was a very traumatic moment but I received a lot of support from the team, especially from nurse Havva who accompanied me throughout the extra treatment process, wound care and after my return to the UK.
I can say that although mine was not the most common case, I received a lot of support from the team before, during and after my surgery.
All medications, transport to the hyperbaric chamber and daily visit to take care of postoperative dressings were provided.
I highly recommend the clinic.

I was initially very sceptical about having surgery in a foreign country and travelling alone, but Dilara, Yagmur and Nurse Havva made the experience exceptional. All my questions that I had before and after surgery were answered promptly and professionally. They provided me with excellent care and made me feel as if I was a member of their family.

I was also treated to a coffee at the shopping centre across from the hotel with Yagmur during the week. I also had a shopping trip and breakfast with Dilara and Nurse Havva on my final day. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end.

My experience with Maya Medical was amazing. I went for a breast lift and augmentation with them. I felt informed the whole way through the consultation phase, and they could not have taken better care of me during the surgery and post op phase.

Dr Ugur Horoz, Nurse Havva and all the staff I crossed paths with were so friendly, and made me feel really comfortable. They have stayed in contact whilst I have been recovering and have answered all of my questions without hesitation. I am two weeks post breast augmentation (uplift & implants) so I can’t give a full review on my results but my overall experience so far has been amazing.

Booking: I found it really easy to book through WhatsApp and the team were really friendly. They also weren’t pushy and allowed you time to consider dates/ procedures and were more than happy to answer questions. Before you pay your deposit they will tell you your surgeon so you can do your own research.

Hotel: The Hilton I stayed at was a great hotel and the staff were very accommodating.

Transfers: Everything was planned for me and everything was on time. It was great not having to worry about booking taxis etc as this can be hard in Istanbul.

Surgery and recovery:

My patient co-ordinator Yagmur was so friendly and was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. Yagmur checked that I was ok whilst I was at the hospital/ hotel and since I’ve been back home.

The nurses at the hospital were great. There is a language barrier so I would suggest having a translation app on your phone. Even though there was a language barrier they checked up on me a lot and came immediately if you called for them.

Nurse Hava has been amazing so far. She has answered all of my questions and been very reassuring. She’s visits you when you are back at your hotel to make sure everything is ok and you can reach out to her anytime on WhatsApp. When you return home you send photos/ updates to make sure you are healing ok.

My surgeon was Dr Ugur Horoz. He is very relaxed and helpful when you ask questions. I was a lot more nervous than I thought I would be before the surgery and Dr Horoz was so reassuring when I went for surgery. I have taken off my dressings and I am very impressed with my scars so far, they are far less obvious than what I imagined and I think this is down to the surgeon’s skill. If I have any surgery in the future I would definitely book with Dr Horoz. His private clinic is also really nice, I travelled there for my post surgery checks before I flew home.

Overall I have been really impressed with Maya medical and I’m looking forward to seeing my full results in the next few months 😊

My experience with Maya was absolutely brilliant I had breast augmentation with them and it was my first surgery and I was scared as i didn't know what to expect they made me feel so comfortable every time I would message them they got back to me straight away I had many conversations with other clinics and surgeons and I did not feel comfortable with any until I came across maya, they take care of everything all I had to do was book the flights and don't get me started with my nurse, Havva she absolutely brilliant she came to my hotel, many of times to check up on me, contacted me every day to make sure I'm okay, overall amazing experience, I thank maya for making me feel good about my self again as I would cry looking in the mirror, know I can put a bikini on and feel great.

I would 1000% recommend Maya Medical to anyone looking to proceed with cosmetic surgery. All and any questions or problems I had were answered quickly from lovely staff, from the moment I booked to my journey home.

May medical has been fantastic! Dilara was my first point of contact; she answered all my questions regarding the surgery, its cost, and travel; nothing was too much for her, and she always got back to me, no matter what time I messaged her.

Once I landed in Istanbul, the collection from the airport to the hospital was very well organized, and I was taken straight to the private hospital to meet Yagmar, my patient coordinator. She was lovely. She stayed with me while I went for my pre-op tests and made sure I was comfortable in my hospital room, ready for surgery the next morning.

Surgery Day!! I had Dr. Koray Kir as my surgeon, and he was just brilliant. I was feeling nervous, but he has a very calming nature, which put me at ease from the start. He fully explained what was going to happen and answered all my and my friend’s questions.

After surgery, I totally underestimated how hard my recovery was going to be! The nurses were brilliant; there was a slight language barrier, but the few that couldn’t speak English had Google Translate ready on their phones which made things alot easier.

On the fourth day, I met Havva, my nurse, who took us to the hotel. She is just amazing; I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her! She visited me every day until it was time to fly home. And it didn’t stop there; she has stayed in contact with me since I have been home. Each week, she has texted to see how I am getting on and even recommended who I book in with locally for my post-op massages!

I would 100% recommend these to anyone thinking of having surgery abroad! It was definitely worth all the pain! I absolutely love the results!

This was my second procedure with Maya, I had a breast lift in March and after having such a positive experience I decided to finally book in for a Tummy Tuck.

I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction, everything is accounted for when you book apart from your flights, so transfers from the airport and all hospital visits. I highly recommend booking a isle seat and extra leg room on the way home) you can also ask for assistance to get to the gate on your way home so if your travelling solo like me there’s lots of help on the way home.

The surgeon was fantastic, my surgeon was Dr Ugur-Horoz, he was very reassuring as this time around I was nervous but along with Yagmur (patient coordinator) I felt extremely comfortable going down for surgery.

After the surgery I was in a lot of discomfort mainly due to the liposuction and the muscle repair but the nurses at the hospital were amazing and seen to my every need while I was there.

I saw the surgeon around 4-5 times while I was in the private hospital and he reassured me that everything went amazing and that the discomfort I was experiencing was normal!

After 2 days in the hospital I was then transferred to the hotel, Hava the nurse visited me every day and checked in a lot while I was there via what’s app.
she’s amazing and a true asset to the company!

Yagmur also checked in everyday and even came and took us for a short walk and a coffee with another patient which was lovely!

I’m now 16 days post op and feeling great, the results have blown my mind, And I’m super impressed with the whole experience even though it had been extremely uncomfortable, Maya had made the whole experience worth it!

I’m not a lover of the compression garments but other than that I’m feeling better every day that passes and I’m super happy with the overall experience.

The most amazing experience!! From start to finish I could not fault a single thing! I’ve had previous surgery in Turkey not with Maya so I was expecting The same sort of thing however the experience was completely different! Maya could not have done more for me if I tried! There care is next to non! All questions where answered and anything I needed was never to big! The hotel was amazing and hospital care was perfect! i would like to also to thank out nurse haava! when i say i felt emotional saying good bye! she is an absolute asset to Maya and made my experience! Not only is she just a dream, she is extremely knowledgeable and still 5 weeks later checks in with me every couple of days! When we was in Turkey she even took us our shopping on her day off! I’m 5 weeks 9 of my friends have booked in with Maya and myself and 4 family members will be traveling again early 2023 for more surgery! After my experience I would never go anywhere else! I recently went to Turkey and Maya cosmetic solutions to have a tummy yuck and lipo 360. I had done over 6 months or research prio to making my decision on what company to use. I was not disappointed. From the start they gave me all the info I needed to make an informed choice about the surgery I wanted. Yagmur my coordinator was brilliant she explained everything to me about what I needed to do, what was going to happen and no question was to small and she always got back to me quickly. She met me before the operation and helped to put my mind at rest. After the surgery the nursing team were lovely, kind, sweet and attentive, they always came when I called them. Nothing was to much trouble. The hospital was clean and well presented. Dr Horoz was excellent! He gave me exsatly what I asked for and when I was nervous whilst waiting to be serdated he spoke to me and make me feel comfortable. I was then taken to the hotel by Nurse Havva who is the best Nurse ever! She explained everything and was great at the massages! Havva and Yagmur even took me and my husband out for the day. We went and had a meal did a bit of shopping, I went to the hairdressers while Yagmar sat with me to make sure I was OK and my husband went with Havva to shop. We then watched with amazement as Yagmar danced in the street with the musicians!!!! Up until this day (6 weeks post op) Havva is still in contact with me, asking me for updates. I cannot recommend this company enough, I have actually recommend it to a few friends. If you are worried about going to Turkery for your surgery please get in touch with them. I would highly recommend Maya Medical to anyone in search of plastic surgery. I have had a breast lift with implants and I’m so pleased I decided to have it done with Maya Medical.

From the moment I contacted them they were helpful and informative only recommending what procedures would be suitable for me.

They arranged my hotel (which was lovely) and all transfers to and from the airport as well as all medical appointments. The process was made very straight forward. The only thing I needed to arrange was my flights.

After having my surgery nurse Havva settled me in to the hotel making sure I was ok. She then remained in regular contact via WhatsApp and visited me each day. She has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning.

The level of care all round has been fab. Especially the aftercare!

If you are looking for treatment but are nervous about having it outside of the UK then please use Maya Medical. They have been outstanding!
