Un vrai coup de cœur
Je suis absolument ravie de cette boutique. J’ai déjà acheté plusieurs pièces et je n’ai jamais été déçue : qualité impeccable, style soigné, finitions parfaites… chaque commande est un plaisir.

Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la créatrice. Une femme incroyable, passionnée, qui prend toujours le temps de répondre, d’aider, de conseiller et de satisfaire sa clientèle. Elle est d’une douceur et d’une réactivité exemplaires. Une vraie crème.

I have never received a confirmation email so I cannot return the dress. I messaged them 6 times and no reply at all.

Bravo pour le concept 👏 : encaisser l’argent et ignorer les clients. Retour bien réceptionné mais jamais remboursée, malgré des relances par mail, Instagram et directement sur leur site. Aucune réponse, ils font les morts.
Continuez à voler les gens, personne n’a jamais été bien loin avec de l’argent mal acquis ! Sachant que j’ai retrouvé la même robe sur AliExpress.

Très déçu de ma commande je l’ai reçu sans mes accessoires, deux paires de boucles d’oreilles que je n’ai jamais reçu.
Ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser malgré mes nombreux mails, même si les vêtements sont de qualité je ne repasserai plus commande, surtout pour le prix, ils n’arrangent pas le client.

J'ai commandé l’ensemble Freya crystal pour un voyage à Dubaï et je n'ai pas été déçu ! Une qualité incroyable !! Je vais certainement commander d'autres chose. Merci !

Bien sûr ! Voici une version corrigée J'ai commandé trois articles sur ce site : l’ensemble avec les cristaux, le blazer perlé et le sac doré que j'avais vu sur une influenceuse. Sincèrement, je suis hyper contente de la qualité des articles ! Au niveau de la taille, je fais du 38 en France, donc j'ai pris tous les articles en M, et tout était juste parfait ! J'ai reçu mon colis en 5 jours, je m'attendais à ce que ce soit beaucoup plus long. Vraiment bravo, je recommande !

Whilst this a genuine shop with nice pieces. The returns policy is awful. You only get a partial refund even after paying for the return yourself. You are then charged a 15% "restocking" fee for certain items as well as £4 for handling the return, so you're essentially paying them to take the item back. Big brands don't do this. Really not worth all the hassle, not to mention being out of pocket. Shop elsewhere.

Je suis agréablement surprise par la rapidité et l’efficacité du service ! Les robes que j’ai commandées sont tout simplement magnifiques, d’excellente qualité et parfaitement emballées. En prime, j’ai eu la jolie surprise de recevoir un petit cadeau : des bijoux assortis à mes tenues achetées chez Mateenoi, une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir.

J’avais précisé vouloir recevoir ma commande avant les fêtes, et non seulement ma demande a été prise en compte, mais j’ai été stupéfaite de recevoir mon colis en seulement 2 jours.

Ce site est une véritable pépite que je recommande les yeux fermés à 200 %. Foncez les filles, c’est un site de confiance qui tient ses promesses ! 👍🏼 5⭐️

Avoid buying from this company especially if you need to return an item. First, they are very slow to respond and at times unresponsive. Second, you don’t get an acknowledgment email to confirm that they have received your item back. And last but not least, you don’t get the full amount that you paid as they deduct the original shipping cost, even though you spend more on returning the item yourself.

The worse costumer service i've ever seen, i saw the brand in vogacloset which i trust, but i decide to order from the main website (mateeno)
Its been almost a month since i order , i payed for dhl expresss, in 5 days, they send part of the order by uk royal mail, without sending me even a tracking number, and the items was available in the website is out of stock, i've asked them 3 times to refund my money , but they are not responding to my request, playing around, it is not trusted website , i would give less than a star if i could

Don not order from this place. They sent my order that did not match its description so I message them and over a week and no response. I messaged them again and still no response. They are con artists. Stay clear of this place. Sooo many reviews that that have not yet received refunds. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Never again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong blazer. I noticed as soon as payment went through. I instantly contacted the customer service team who cancelled my ordered and refunded me within 24hours. Fabulous service. Thank you… I have just placed another order with the correct blazer, will put another review as soon as I receive it

I highly recommend this brand, the quality is so good with such low prices.

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE - they will steal your money on any returned items and won’t give it back, plus ignore any messages regarding returns.

I returned my order because of the poor quality and they claimed that they never received my return. Once I showed them proof that I returned it they told me that they accepted the refund and said that I’d receive a refund confirmation which I never received. After months and months of trying to contact them for this refund that I still am currently waiting for, they keep ignoring my emails and messages… such bad service. They should shut the whole website down.

The most amazing beautiful garments. Outstanding quality, brilliant customer service. Unique high standard designs, what amazing one of designer pieces, I love this brand. Can’t get enough always delivers perfection. Keep up the great work.
