Had the pleasure of Graham and Ian coming back to fix a couple of wooden gates. Another amazing job they went above and beyond to make it perfect. Amazing team and would highly recommend. A* for all works and both lovely guys.

Great service on the day.
Matt and Jim were amazing fitters today. They got the job done even facing a few issues with the product itself which was not their fault. Very productive with time, in fact, they did not stop working all day to get it done in a timely manor. Thanks guys.

We cannot thank Martindales and the staff enough
I can thoroughly recommend this Company, very helpful and professional staff to deal with throughout the whole process. We had glass and frame damage to patio door, kitchen door and a window. The repair works carried out was to an exceptionally high standard. Reece Mills & Conor Hinks are definitely the A team and were professional, polite, considerate, took pride in their work, the results were brilliant and 100% to our satisfaction. I believe it's equally important to compliment as to complain well done, would use this Company again many thanks,

Great service from Tyler and Andy
Today Tyler and Andy came over to replace a glass unit in a patio door, fix some damage, and replace a combination window/door unit. They were very friendly and polite guys, very respectful, and have done a great job. I would gladly have them back!

Friendly, courteous and efficient
Prompt response, friendly service, communication was good. Surveyor was sent round quickly and was friendly and sympathetic to the fact we’d been broken into. Graham and Ian came to fit glazed panel in door and were polite courteous and tidied up after themselves.

Highly Professional Operation (28/11-05/12/2025)
Highly professional operation throughout the process. Just seven days from initiating a damaged window insurance claim to completion of the refit, terrific.
All the Staff involved were excellent : Surveyor "Gary" Fitters: "Tyler" & "Andy" . Also communications were exceptionally good.

Front door replaced by Martindales
Just had my front door replaced by Martindales and two excellent professionals in Danny and Lee. They arrived and set about a big job by replacing the front door and the side panels. The finish on the door is 5 stars, I’m very happy and whilst a big job the finish is immaculate. Would definitely recommend Martindales and Danny and Lee!

Martingales fitted my new garage door…
Martingales fitted my new garage door earlier this year after it had unfortunately been broken into . When fitted they used a single bracket at each corner fitted with 1 bolt ., I presumed this was ok . Unfortunately my garage got broken into again and the frame held by these brackets got pushed back and bent . I made contact with there head office and they sent someone out to take a look . They issues was pointed out to them . The person then left site and we got a call 2 weeks later stating that the brackets where satisfactory and then wanted to charge us £400 to replace the brackets . I then called them back and was told that someone would call me back !! 3,weeks laters no call has materialised. I will have to make good myself and would never use Martindales ever again .
