This company is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order on ebay not realising it was the actual company; I thought it was a private seller.

My order was due to arrive latest today but it STILL hasn't been dispatched THREE days later! I have sent a few messages with zero response and now I have to open up a case with ebay tomorrow to get a refund for the money they have taken from me!

If I realised it was them I would never have purchased anything as I tried to contact them a while ago on their website about one of their products but zero communication like the majority of all the one star reviews on here.

I would be very cautious buying from this company. I think they might have gone bust. Mostly out of stock at the moment and no answer on the phone and no reply via email. Ive sent 12 emails and used the online contact us option twice and not one single reply.

Absolutely shocking delivery service and the worst customer service I've ever seen. They take your money and run.

The fibers do a good job and I have been a regular buyer for years, until now. When my last order did not arrive, I contacted their customer services who asked for my order no. Although I had had a confirmation email, I had not been given an order number, however it must have been in the system as I was asked for feedback on the order. When I sent relevant info and explained the situation, asking for the order to be put right or my money refunded, I was ignored. Surely a quick check of my unusual name against their records would have shown I had been a regular customer, one now with a legitimate complaint.
Since no further action appears likely on their part I feel perfectly justified to leave this negative review as a warning to others.

Received an email over three weeks advising they had not received my email despite it having a full activity report advising delivery and when read , they advised resend which I did not heard another thing back .
