I apologise for my last review of this company ,wrote a bad report about them and the day after I sent it a garage door engineer came out and fixed the door .
I was a bit hasty,martindales didn’t have to fix it as my warranty had run out the year before .So a big thank you to this company and would definitely use again in the future,mr J Nevin

Good reliable company
Excellent, quick reliable service. Great customer service from Danny. Really happy & really grateful for work carried out. A different company who did the boarding did not do a proper job so now he's replaced the glass I feel safer.

First class workers
Martindales stepped in to finish works on a company that went bust (Value windows).
Nobody could ask more for the 2 workers that worked so hard to complete the works, nothing was too much trouble for them,they were a credit to their company (Martindales)
They made sure I was happy with everything they did, as I said previously nothing was to much trouble for them.

Got a new door in July, had a few service calls as the door has never fit properly, now it opens when locked, absolute garbage

Gavin and Jamie who installed the back door were the most polite workers we have ever had in our house. They were extremely efficient, knew their job and replaced the door without any physical signs of damage. The door and frame they installed was of very high quality and looked amazing when they finished. They cleaned up everything before leaving. We would highly recommend Martindales. Mr & Mrs La Roche

Fantastic experience from start to…
Fantastic experience from start to finish, the contact whilst the door was being ordered was very regular and informative. The quality of the door and particularly the fitting of the door, with details like the sealing and general fit were exemplary. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Martindakes again in the future.

Update to my original review of 01/11/25
Following my original disappointment, I spoke to Darren Bolton of Martindale’s who was instrumental in helping install further ‘upgrades’ to my garage door. One paid by the company, the other provided by me but both installed ‘free of charge’ by Martindale’s, as a genuine gesture of goodwill.
On the final encounter, the company were excellent.
Ultimately, we have got to where we should have been three months ago.
It was only a poor initial installation and some inappropriate comments that caused me to write a negative review.
But, well done for rectifying!
