Very Pleased
We are very pleased with our new front door.
The experience from start to finish has been very smooth and communications have been excellent.
Our fitters today Ricky and Bart were brilliant. They were polite knowledgeable and hard working. They made every effort to keep the work area clean and tidy which was also much appreciated and also took the time to explain all the features of our new door to us.
Overall very impressed with the Martindale experience and would certainly recommend.

Martindales supplied and fitted a new Rock Door slab to my Rock Door and I was delighted with the professional and helpful service that I received when arranging the work. The Martindales Customer Services Team were all very efficient at arranging the quotation for my new Rock Door slab, organising an installation date and provided very efficient and prompt communication that I appreciated.
The two installation staff who attended my property Martin and Scott fitted the new Rock Door slab. They were efficient, friendly and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the work that they were carrying out. Martin and Scott both had an excellent technical knowledge and were very professional and skilled. My new Rock Door slab looks fantastic and I am grateful for the expertise of Martin and Scott and also to all the Martindales Customer Services Team for providing such an excellent service!

I would like to thank Don and Curtis from Martingales Limited for the excellent service they provided today. Although I was busy when they arrived, they waited patiently for me and were courteous and respectful throughout their visit.

I have one big glass frame on my door broken, and the repair was quick and very well done, took only 20/25 minutes and Graham was super kinds and professional executing the repairs. Thank you a lot.

Replacement porch.
Martindales replaced my porch which had been badly damaged by a car which left the road. The entire process went seamlessly.The man who came to measure up for the replacement porch arrived as promised and a date was agreed for the work to be done .I received a courtesy e mail telling me when the men would arrive and they turned up as promised. They worked very hard and my new replacement porch looks lovely. The old porch was cleared away and everything was left neat and tidy . I am so pleased.

Shattered bifold door glass.
Having shattered one of the glass panes of our bifold doors just before the Easter bank holiday Martindales staff were super efficient in handling all aspects of our claim. From arranging for emergency call out to make safe with in 3 hours of first contacting our insurance company to communicating the status of the repair until the guys came and quickly replaced the defective panel everyone was clear, polite and professional.
A great team effort, thanks.

Don and Curtis have replaced a pair of patio doors and a sliding patio door after a burglary. They have done an excellent job. I am very pleased with everything that Martindales have done. Everyone has been really helpful and I am so pleased with the work they have carried out.

Mark and Connor window replacement
Mark and Connor came round to replace an upstairs window. Lovely guys, respectful and tidy. Put dust sheets down and installed the window and took the old one away. Window is good quality and solid, would highly recommend this company and would use them again. martindales have two exceptional window fitters - thanks for everything.
