Dreadful customer service - avoid!
I have been chasing a missing delivery for over a month now and just keep getting told they are investigating with the courier. All whilst they do not issue either a refund or replacement product.
Update - refund finally issued today after this review.

Site has been broken for a long time
Site has been broken for a long time. Cant change country. The site gets translated into Spanish no matter what country you select. Customer service is answering like bots and doesnt help.
