Mankind isn't the problem there delivery process is they use evri and my parcel wasn't found so had to have a full refund not impressed

I purchased an item but when I came home a part was missing. I called the shop who advised me to contact customer service via online.. when I did I was impressed how quick the rep was to respond. The rep was very understanding and very apologetic and was quick to offer to send out the piece that was missing. The rep also emailed the next day with the tracking number and it arrived the next day. Honestly so impressed and happy with the customer service I received

The staff at the Trafford Centre branch are always really friendly and helpful. I ordered this item online and the delivery was very very fast! Great service

Ordered online & the courier service was taking the mick to deliver. I contacted Menkind & within the hour of contacting them & them contacting the courier, my parcel was delivered & ready to collect. Their customer service through email is outstanding, along with their customer service in-store too. For any nerdy/geeky items or to find new little hobbies (such as building a book nook) Menkind is my first place to look - whether that be window shopping in-store or scrolling their website online.

They actually had NeeDohs for a few days without selling out which was great, but they were priced with a markup which i always find a shame as thats something i expect from resellers not actual reputable stores, I also feel that if we pay a mark up we should at least be able to choose a colour option. However the site was easy to use and my order was shipped well packaged and promptly, customer service was very friendly too. I also ordered some speks which were priced correctly at RRP (again no colour choice), if it wasnt for the price gouging on the NeeDohs id have given 5⭐️ cus overall it was a good experience, i would shop here again especially for non NeeDoh or other viral products, as I only buy those types of products from price gouging stores out of desperation as id still rather pay the mark up from a legitimate store rather than a reseller cus at least i can trust that the product is authentic and also have buyer protection although a free shipping option would be appreciated especially if spending over £30

Edit - Menkind do not want to accept my review as genuine and asking for more information even though my order numbers (yes, more than one) were provided when i first wrote the review. This was not a negative review at all but I'm beginning to feel some kind of way. Disappointing that Menkind are unable to accept even constructive criticism especially considering so much good was said in my initial review.

Didn't like the fact that I couldn't leave a personal note for the person relieving the gift. However he was delighted with the gift

Website easy to use and the order came quickly

I had to return the item for a replacement which I got no problem a good experience

I ordered an item for next day delivery, paid the additional fee for it, item did not come. I had to get in touch with them to cancel order and request refund, even then they did not want to do straight away, saying we need get in touch with delivery company and check, i even sent screenshots to show what it said but still had to wait a few days for a full refund.
