I ordered the Apex75 for our outdoor kitchen, mainly so that my husband can keep his beer in it and I can have space back in the indoor fridge for food.

I ordered it on the Saturday morning and it arrived on the Monday afternoon.

The fridge itself is great. It looks smart, there's plenty of space for drinks and it got down to temperature quickly, even in this heatwave.

I am so very pleased with the fridge, I have plugged it in and checked it does what I need. It is so quiet and reached the required temperature very quickly. It looks great too. Thank you.

Bought a Subcold Apex95 for an outside bar - an excellent fridge works a treat even in these high temps and fully adjustable in temperature - using mine for soft drinks and perfect draft kegs and it’s working great.

Waited a bit for it to come into stock but would def recommend

Never got my fridge. Delivered to a neighbour i dont speak to despite putting my felviery preferences clearly. Awful customer service. They do not care if you dont get your order. Sent the same emails over and over which I forwarded to my bank. I was away so couldn't do much, they could have collected or left a slip. Awful. Do not shop here.

Product works well dimensions are correct

I am thrilled with my Subcold mini fridge. It chills my drinks to perfection. I wasn't expecting it to work so well. It also holds more than I thought it would and the little door pocket is extremely useful. Delivery was super speedy too. I can highly recommend this mini fridge. I adore mine 😁

Ordered an 85L model.
Ordering and delivery brilliant.
Unit and customer service appalling. Unit failed to achieve its target temp of 5 degrees and just got hot on the outside - despite being run in an air conditioned room.
Unit clearly not fit for purpose given that on their website they issued a notice saying they have a high volume of tickets because of the heatwave.

Just to back up what others have said about customer service - a slight problem with a delivered item was dealt with within minutes of my email to them. A rare experience these days.

The appliance itself looks good quality and, considering the support they give it I'm confident it's just what I want.

I ordered a SUBCOLD MASTER 24 Basket which subsequently went missing/was lost in the EVRI HERMES warehouse/Depot.-I contacted SUBCOLD Ltd who quickly sorted out a replacement Basket for me and
are sending it to me next day delivery with DPD Couriers.
I am extremely pleased and very impressed with SUBCOLD Ltd who have provided a very efficient and excellent customer service to me today and recommend them to anyone.-Also I recommend DPD Couriers to anyone as they are excellent too.-Thankyou very much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Customer Service – The Gold Standard

I honestly don't know where to begin. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel like an Olympic event involving endless forms, automated replies and being passed from one person to another, Subcold were an absolute breath of fresh air.

After discovering that my ROAM fridge had developed a fault, I was starting to panic. My family and I are heading off on a 10 day camping trip, and the thought of spending it trying to keep food cold with a bag of melting ice cubes was not high on my list of holiday activities.

From the very first email, the team at Subcold were responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Every message was answered quickly, every question was sensible, and at no point did I feel like I was battling through a script or bureaucracy.

What happened next genuinely surprised me. Within hours of reporting the fault, Subcold had arranged for a replacement unit to be dispatched and organised collection of the faulty one at the same time. No arguments, no excuses, no "please allow 28 working days while we investigate". They simply listened, trusted the customer and got on with solving the problem.

The relief was enormous. One minute I was wondering whether I'd be forced into a last minute dash to buy another fridge before setting off, and the next Subcold had already sorted everything for me. It felt like they cared about my holiday almost as much as I did.

Companies often claim that customers are their top priority. Subcold are one of the very few I've encountered who actually prove it. They turned a potentially stressful situation into an experience that left me genuinely impressed, grateful and keen to tell others about it.

I was originally recommended Subcold by a friend. Thanks to this experience, I've now become one of those people who won't shut up about how good their customer service is.

To everyone involved, thank you. You didn't just replace a faulty fridge, you rescued a family camping trip, lowered my stress levels and restored my faith that outstanding customer service still exists.

Item wasn’t in stock when I ordered but as soon as it was in it was despatched and arrived sooner than expected. Extremely well packed too.

This fridge is so nice I got it to store makeup and products in. It’s very spacious and very pretty it’s in my bedroom it is silent and extremely good quality i highly recommend it and quick delivery

The process from ordering to receiving the fridge was so easy. Excellent customer service and delivery. The product is perfect just what I wanted for my elderly relative and would recommend and order again. Well done.

Purchased a Subcold Vino12 wine fridge. The fridge appears well made and certainly keeps the contents at a stable temperature, but we are disappointed as the fridge is very noisy. Within the first two weeks of ownership, the bottom of the fridge has twice filled with water, which does not drain and needs to be physically dried out. The fridge was delivered with the front stabilising foot missing. I contacted Subcold by email and they were very quick to respond and send out a replacement foot. I sent them videos of the noisy fan on two occasions and also the bottom of the fridge being filled with water. They have said that these issues do not indicate a manufacturing defect. I am left with a noisy fridge, which, due to its location in our kitchen, I will now need to replace with another make, as the hum is unbearable in close proximity.
