Do not touch these people had to ring the police at 1.30 in the morning to get them to return my car…initial drop off is bizarre and did not feel comfortable handing my keys to some stranger with no lanyard in a car park…upon return rang for my car to be told I’m early so no ring back later…Jet 2 spoke to landlord of the site they store your car said police regularly attending to locate cars…rang to ask for my car again to be told by a very rude man to F off…distressing, alarming, just hoping my car isn’t cloned!!! DO NOT USE!!!

If there was a no star, it would have been that. DO NOT BELIEVE that you can cancel - I have been trying since middle of May for a flight on 13th June. Submitted ticket, as instructed, sent 4 emails, several phone calls (all met with rudeness) - nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. Just rude

I rang 30 mns earlier and had a very rude person on the phone telling me to read my email better whilst I was driving then a man meeting me in a car park with no lanyards or vest asking for my keys and asking me to get cash for the coin when I mentioned that it wasn’t mentioned I was told again to read my email properly … I don’t feel safe or in a trusted environment and theeedore decided to go for drop and go which made me late and I missed my plane! Please refund me my £50 as this was the worst experience ever !.

We rang 30 minutes before we arrived as asked. Couldnt understand the person on the phone as poor connection but hard to understand accent. Upon arrival the person wasnt there and said he would be 8 minutes. 12 minutes later we rang and he said he would be 8 minutes longer. Arrived around 20 minutes after we arrived. Also had to pay 8 pounds for the greet and drop which wasnt communicated to us beforehand very well. It said terminal 1 and then they changed to termimal 2 (which isnt end of the world)Overall very poor experiance. We assumed he would be waiting for us when we got there not 20 mins later
