It wasn't very clear on the website that the sink came with more than one trim colour. I thought I bought the blue but when it came the trim was black.

Why can’t customer service always be like this?

Mike and the Majorelle team are phenomenal. Beautiful products, brilliant service, speedy delivery. All round excellence.

Chased seller 11 days after payment after no update on dispatch. Item was sent that day. When it arrived it was a different colour to the one advertised. After querying this I was told that the colour I had ordered was not in stock. The item was returned and refund processed. Mike did respond very quickly to queries but never with any acknowledgement of fault or apology, which I find an odd customer service stance, given my item was not dispatched and was then wrong when it did arrive.

Well, I still haven’t received my order because I have a £50 invoice from Parcel Force (that only just came in the post) as my stool was shipped from Europe. The owner offered to split it with me - but really?! I purposefully purchased this from a UK company thinking they would sort this. I could have bought it for less and had it shipped direct from Germany. Furthermore there was no expectation setting from the seller. We can all say we have challenges due to Brexit but I find it hard to believe this company didn’t know this in advance. It’s March after all.

Although I needed to prompt for my item to be delivered, it came remarkably quickly after that and correspondence was thorough.

Website, easy to use. Wallpaper was excellent quality and very easy to hang. Delivery was very quick. Wallpaper, looks fantastic. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Ordered a product. You didn't have the product. No delivery time update sent. It wasn't until I called to find out what was going on that I was told over the phone that the product wasn't in stock and it would be weeks before it came. As I needed it while the work is being done to my bathroom, that wasn't acceptable. I was offered a refund and this was processed promptly. Very frustrated at the lack of communication. Also, I was told over the phone that nowhere else in the UK had the product in stock. I managed to buy it immediately though and had it in my flat the following day.
