I ordered some biopods and a flask of auntie bac. A large enough order for free postage. The bio pods arrived around a week later, the auntie bac did not. There was no explanation for the delay and no information on a delivery date.
I emailed requesting further information I received an email telling me the hot weather had caused a production problem and that my money would be refunded (allow 10 days). The refund has not yet been received (7 days later, so still within their parameters).
It means I have no cleaning product and now should I wish to place a new order I will need to pay postage costs on the smaller order size.
Overall, just very average customer service. I like to use companies that treat their customers better than this.

Really good effective products. Makes cleaning an easy chore.

An article in the Guardian praised this and since I suffer from frequently blocked sinks I thought I would give it a try. Sadly, it had no effect and they are running as slowly as before.

Simple to order and delivered within a reasonable time. Given how these products are packaged (dissolvable pouch and small cardboard box), the packaging for delivery seems a little flimsy - but they arrived unscathed this time.

i am on a regular subscription whoch isn’t often enough. i tried to do a ‘one off’ order but found it difficult. i have now got twice ad much ad i wanted. difficult website to navigate

I have been using their dish washer tablets for a few years. All my dishes are spotless!

They work well

The Mac drain unblocker was what I was looking for as we have a septic waste water system and can’t put usual treatments in it. It hasn’t been used yet but it seems good. The products arrived as promised and in very good condition.

Worked really well. And no nasty aftertaste on glassware, cups and cutlery that I've noticed from the polluting bestsellers. So a win all round

Speedy delivery of an excellent product, better for the environment than many other dishwasher tablets.

After offering to do a deep clean for my disabled aunt, she bought the whole range of cleaning products, absolutely useless, not one of them done a decent job, the glass cleaner left the windows with more smears than they started with.
The bath and tiles were also left like they hadn’t even tried to clean them, and I didn’t wear gloves because it’s meant to be eco, my hand now feel like leather, absolute waste of money and totally useless all of it! 😡😡

Products arrived on time as always, I've been using MACK products for about 2 years now and they are genuinely great. I've tried other 'eco' products and some are ok but all of the MACK range I've tried has been brilliant. Highly recommend, they are also very friendly!

Ordered some toilet descalers, one of which was damaged by Evri ramming the parcel through the letterbox (I try to avoid using Evri as their service is terrible). I contacted customer services, and they were great, and sent me out two to replace the damaged one. Responses are usually next day, but they are a smaller company so I'm fine with that as they were friendly and helpful. Will certainly use them again.
