Price was on par for battery and delivery was 'Swift'

Trimmer was easy to order and was delivered quickly.

After ordering a grass strimmer from their Amazon store, and having my delivery date confirmed, I booked a day off work in order to cut my grass. However, on the day it should have been delivered, the delivery was put back by Swift, and now it appears that they are out of stock, which is the real reason my strimmer wasn't delivered. Late deliveries are one thing, but knowing in advance a customer isn't going to receive their item on time, if at all, and not telling them, is quite another. This isn't just about poor customer service, Swift have been dishonest.

I've been buying garden equipment from this company over a number of years.
The equipment is well made and reasonably priced.
The 40 volt batteries are good and last a long time.
I buy direct from Swift or via Amazon, both provide quick, well packaged delivery.

I strongly suggest caution before ordering from or Swift garden products. They have a phone number that isnt valid. They fail to read email which they advise you to use then ignore. Their live chat isnt maned. Please use any one else not Swift garden.

I ordered a spare battery for my lawn
mower and the wrong battery was delivered. Emailed customer service for returns and had no reply.

£17 for a small bit of plastic that probably costs about 20p to make. Outrageous. I thought the plastic battery key was for health and safety reasons but I now know it’s so Swift can make extra money from their customers.

Ordered my item and made my payment though paypal,next day received a message in Chinese and then one that was in English to say my item was currently unavailable! So why accept my order in the first place! Oh and my payment would be refunded at some point! Terrible service!
