Thanks for your review.
I Did speak to your son (it’s not clear who is who from the order) saying this would be delivered in the first week in Jan which was OK’d as you ordered this while all our manufacturers closed down for Christmas. I know this as I made the call and I’m the owner.
No one can get these items in the UK faster that us.

Terrible customer service
Everything, since I ordered and paid for my light pull I have had one excuse after another as to why my goods have still not arrived. I all feels like a scam. The first and last time my money is spent here

A really unusual review. I have an email from you acknowledging that you understand the light switch is on a 4 week lead time and that you would like to proceed with the order.
There has been no sequence of excuses, just one simple email saying the item is going to take 4 weeks, to which you replied with please proceed with the order.
I've issued you a full refund.
