Great product and lovely customer service experience. The tree I ordered was a beautiful specimen and was delivered with care. I will absolutely be using them again for future purchases.

Tree delivered late. Tree not in pot all dried out box crushed and torn. contacted via email Terrible reply tried to phone 10 times, left message,Guess what no contact or further email from Pauline. £80 down the drain. Keep your fingers crossed you might be lucky. I did intend to buy more trees Pity the Owner is unavailable for explanation !!!

Mail Order trees supply the best trees I have ever bought on line. I have bough 30/40 trees over the past two years from various locations and I have found the quality of their trees to be the best by far. Their prices are better than most too.
I have bought both potted and bare roots with equal satisfaction.
Their delivery service is excellent , I have never received a tree that was any damaged in transit, they come well wrapped and maintained.
With any queries you have they will email you straight back which makes a nice change.
I cant recommend them enough .

Excellent quality trees and great customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We have renovated an old copse taken out large conifers and replanted with blossoms and rowans. Still want magnolias and a couple more, will definatley be ordering here.

Bare root trees order took a bit longer than expected. Sent out on a Thur using Parcelforce48 - Royal Mail delivered Mon pm - left in open view. The 2 trees (one was BOGOF) were well packed and box was intact, trees not damaged. Tree roots were almost but not fully dry (not lots of roots on one) and wrapping on roots helped. Trees look nice quality, and Ii followed instruction booklet. Waiting now to see if they flourish. Overall good and good value imo.

The tree we purchased was fairly priced, healthy and came with helpful and informative instructions. The company responded promptly to my phone enquires regarding delivery. I would recommend them based on this initial purchase.

Ordered 4 trees. Not received by delivery date. Their voicemail has been full for several days and no reply to emails. Forced to get refund via credit card.
