Very Helpful
The service was good, worked well. The staff were very helpful, accidentally paid for a server in the wrong region and got a full refund so I could buy one in the correct region.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Slow machines, Terrible outsourced support, just a waste of time and money. I was looking for an alternative and found xcodeclub.com to be quite decent for the money. At least there's a knowledgeable person at the other end to help you out when you need it. How this helps someone?

BE CAREFUL
BE CAREFUL: If you choose the Managed Server Plan (currently $20 a month) it will be automatically renewed. They do NOT tell you this until you reach check-out and then it is buried in a tiny disclaimer in your sign-up email afer you pay. If you do not notice the auto-renewal, they will NOT refund your money even if you have not used their service at all.
Do not support misleading practices like this.

Great cloud version of Mac
Mac session for me was very fast and I really enjoyed using it :) this is ideal for compile and test iOS apps :)

It worked fine.
It just worked fine. I use a mac to create a IOS app of my cross platform code. When I need to do a new IOS release I rent a Mac for one month and do my release. Renting the Mac is way better than buying one. The rented Mac is clearly faster than my normal PC.

I've been waiting for 17 hours for support
I've been waiting for 17 hours for them to add additional storage, I made the payment on time, this is serious gentlemen, this is not a game, what a disrespect to wait more than 17 hours for support.

They are legit
They are legit. Process is easy, they provide the IP and password to use for remote desktop sessions, and you can even remote in from your browser. I was able to get Jetbrains installed to do some dev work as well, they were quick to respond to my support ticket for that.
If another project comes up and I need a Mac I won't hesitate to come back.

Don't recommend
High cost for what you are getting. Bad management UI, inadequate support. Refused to refund the payment after I was dissatisfied with the service.

No hassle service
quick, no-hassle service if you need. . . well a mac in the cloud.
I just wish there's a pay-as-you-go option so that I don't need to subscribe. These kinds of things are usually incidental and doesn't require subscription.

Support is completely useless
Support is completely useless. Don't seem to be able to understand basic English or understand what a permission error is. Avoid MacinCloud at all costs I say!

Your affordable custom Mac, faster than Apple shipping
As a tech-company providing SaaS services with some devs glued to Linux-based distros, we were struggling to debug some errors our end-users were having on macOS (either with Safari or Chrome).
Our tech stack didn't contemplate a browser/OS/testing layer by the time.
That's when we found MacInCloud.
The thing was so simple to use, and so straight to the point, that we solved the bugs in less than 3 days (all without having to throw money at Mac machines).
For us, it was the best kind of solution we could find: straight to the point, affordable, efficient and without a long run with Sales team.
