A lovely online company that has good quality clothing. I have purchased a number of items and have been very happy with goods received. Easy returns and excellent customer service. I was recently sent the wrong pair of jeans I spoke with Dianne in customer services who dealt with the return refund of postage and dispatch of the correct jeans in the most polite friendly and professional manner. The turnover of staff is huge and says a lot about the owner and how she treats the girls. They hire very young (vulnerable) girls to ensure they can pay them a little as humanly possible , and also that Lucy can speak to them how she does as she is jealous of them truly and get away with it as an adult would never allow this.
Multiple instances of bulling, from Lucy to Staff and from older staff to the younger ones.

Companies like this won’t last long, tax avoidance, bullying and lack of awareness always show up eventually.

Ordered dress from.the website. Phoned shop and staff explained the proper sizes that would fit.me being larger lady. Paid over phone. Revieved item yesterday. Absolutely beautiful . Size colour and quality. Great information about.postage and tracking of parcel. Fabulous service from all staff. I am mow awaiting another few beautiful items arriving g today. Happy yo recommended to everyone. 5 star treatment. Well done to all staff. Look forward to spending lol

I visited the Southport store today and the staff where lovely. I bought five dresses 2 trousers and a top. I can't wait to wear them for my holiday. I could of bought so much more they had loads of lovely stuff

Fast delivery. I don't normally wear dresses. But when i tried my new dress on. I was happy with it in every way. It's really beautiful and made me feel confident enough to actually wear it. I absolutely love lucy lous boutique, their customer service is amazing and I love the quality and choice of clothes. I developed a health condition 4 years ago which resulted in me putting weight on & losing my confidence but the girls in Churchtown have helped me find clothes that make me feel more confident, so a massive thank you to you all especially Jude and Rachel and for the laughs we have when i come in the shop. Love the inspiration the LL Lives on facebook give me, I find myself buying stuff that I would not normally look at.

Just wanted to come on and leave a review for such a lovely shopping experience.
There’s not many places to shop anymore, so I am so pleased to have such a gorgeous boutique in my home town.
The boutique is so friendly and helpful, everytime I shop instore.
They always offer help and advice and always end up having a little natter too.
Just love how on-trend, affordable and the quality is, very hard to find this under one roof.

Had problems with my email address as it had stopped working so missed my delivery . The lovely ladies sorted it out for me and the fabulous clothing I had bought arrived within 48hrs. Wonderful customer service.

I have purchased many items from Lucy Lou's and I love them all. Lucy, Gill and the team are amazing, it's a lovely family 5* business.
The prints, fabrics and styles are very affordable and for all ages, sizes and styles.
The customer service is great, fast to respond and to act.
The delivery is next day if you order before a certain time the day before.
I will continue to shop here, I do mine online but they have 3 shops aswell , just too far for me. I recommend anyone to shop here and I am sure I will be buying many more lovely items.

Absolutely love Lucy Lou Boutique. I can honestly say I’ve purchased many items from this boutique on line for myself and my mother, and we’ve not been disappointed with anything. The delivery was speedy and the clothes are beautifully wrapped in tissue. All items are nicely folded and are of amazing quality and at affordable prices. You will not be disappointed. The Tuesday night lives are always great to view. You get to see all new stock items which the owners Lucy and her mother Gill model. So always good to see what the items look like on different ages and size. It’s great fun to watch and kept real. Thank you ladies I will continue to purchase from you !!
